Basically he's in the class of pro athlete who doesn't know when to leave. It's clear that he has not accepted the reality of aging and heavy drug use, and unfortunately will probably appear in the next few Olympias, each time with a lower placing.

Im not a Ronnie fan, but i respect the man...He doesnt have anything more to prove, probably no one will beat his record with Haney, he is (correct me if im wrong) the most winning Pro ever and still, with all the critiques and injuries, the 2nd best in the world, not to much behind Cutler the actual Mr O
He doesnt have any more pressure to maintain the O status, he has great contracts and he knows he is on the end of his carrer, just because of his age, nothing more...Why not do what you like to do because you love it, and not because you have to prove everyone you are still the best....Or maybe he just want to prove himself he still can do it, nothing wrong with that either...

Geeze,can we wait untill the show before we say "hes finnished".I remember in 2003 they showed a picture of Jay pulling his shirt up and hitting an ab shot before the Olympia[at the press conferance] and guys on here said "Jay should win".Coleman was in a red pinstripe suit and guys said "Ronnie looks fat".Then the show came and Jay got absolutely obliterated.Lets see what they look like at the show,or at least when they are standing side by side in decent contest shape.

Ronnie is always ready when it's time to step on stage so judging him now is a complete waste of time. He has 8 consecutive Sandows so he knows what he's doing.
That said, the perfect scenario would be for him to reclaim his title(which he shouldn't have lost in the first place) and then retire before everything catches up with him
