What I love about you adam tho, it is your ability to not "conform" yourself to the regular method and find your own way of doing things. I really like that
but for god sake, show us a pic of you in shredded condition ( no fucked up lighting, angles or anything like that) and I'll take you word for it.

Even Dorian Yates, the man who brought the greatest condition ever seen, mentions in his first book that he ate a piece of chocolate cake 3 weeks out of the 92 Olympia.

Wholly shit, I don't know how you guys do it, I reduce carbs a little and I feel like I am starving most of the time. I try and eat decent, but I eat a few cookies here and there. If you stick with that diet you will be ripped. Good luck with the contest
