Look at his posting history. Not only is over 150 posts for today alone while posting around 200 per day for the last 2+ weeks, he's been posting pretty much hourly since 3 AM EST this morning. It's now 830 PM EST and he's still going relentlessly. And does anyone else find it hilarious when he tries to play it off like this site isn't his entire existence? I know I can't take anything seriously when a grown man is on track to spend 20+ of a day's 24 hours on a forum about bodybuilding.

As for training for a long time, are you kidding? Most fighters start when they're kids with Judo, BJJ etc or Wrestling in school and when they're in their late 20's they've easily got 15-20+ years of training.
