Actually, this DVD is one of the better ones that I have seen so far.

Wish I could go, just to see her.....let alone the DVD. :) But I can't, I'll be working 2 different jobs, and have two different shifts per day, for each job all weekend. :'(

If I remember correctly, Cinderella was a smoking hot babe that grew up in a miserable household under the constant abuse of her evil step mother and jealous step sisters. She was eventually discovered by the richest most eligeable batchelor of the land and lived the rest of her life as a pricess with fame & fortune...happily ever after.
I don't know much about this Marika, person, but it seems to me like she was once a smoking hot babe herself. But instead of turning her into a pricess, the fairy godmother turned her into a person who is neither rich or famous.
So why is this DVD called Cinderella Story ???

Thanks Ron. Its been nothing but positve feedback on the movie. Its has been entered into several film festivals and was the topic of the KLASFM radio show on the weekend. FLEX mag gave it a great review this month. MD gave it 4 1/2 out of 5. Musclemag have a real good one coming out next month.

Kris, I got a copy and I have to say it is one of the best bb training/documentary dvds I have ever seen. Guys don't let the fact that Marika is a female fool you she is definitely hardcore getting through a Dorian Yates back and leg workout.

I agree. Clips of it are available for viewing at www.MJViking.com and it is pretty intense. Also it has a smooth artistic feel you don't see in many videos.

This DVD is excellent. Joel Barham captured some teriffic footage! It is a great DVD... one of the few that I wanted to watch straight through! Marika is a beautiful person inside and out. Kris... give my boy Flex a friendly slap when you see him from me! ;D Best of luck to you guys!

No doubt on Marika's conditioning. Dexter Jackson would have to double take if he saw her conditioning at the Europa. I had no idea that women could get so ripped and still look beautiful. If Kim Chizevsky set a new standard on muscle size then Marika sets the new standard on conditioning. I will be one of the first to get the next dvd.

Not really into female BB but how she didn't win that contest (the one where she's holding the sword) is a mystery. Dorian did an amazing job getting her in shape for that contest.

Not really into female BB but how she didn't win that contest (the one where she's holding the sword) is a mystery. Dorian did an amazing job getting her in shape for that contest.
She was told by several of the judges that she was way too hard and she should have shown up how she looked 2 weeks out. She started her 12 week diet this week. I have her on 20 mins cardio everyday now until show. Possibly a second 20 min session on non training day because she is 10Ibs heavier this year and have yet to see how her body will react.
Here are a couple of clips from DVD. The first clip is of lead up to show. Second clip wasnt so hardcore - day after show.
