Thanks for posting the tips as of late, I find them helpful. I had a question on nutrition. What is your opinion on post workout carbs. Is it more beneficial to use something like dextrose for the insuline spike? or would just sticking with plain rice be a better option? Thank you!!!
while bulking,,eat lot of carbs,, complex carbs
while cutting eat less carbs yet do not eliminate them rather cycle them as in 4-5 low 1 high which can also be your cheating day with 1-2 cheating meals like sushi and chinease and all that good stuff
as simple as that
post work out carbs should include some sugar either banaba or gatorade all the same,,then within 3 hours after training.. a meal,,all the talk about a meal within 45 min or hour and a half is bunch of ballonie that no brother with serious muscle follow,,there is 3 hour window after training for you to eat a meal,,and no nothing will happen if you ate this meal after 3 and a half hours
if you are on hormones such as igf and gh NOTHING will happen to you if you dont eat 100 grams of carbs post the inject,,your body wont go to no shock,,and you will be ok,,eat one banana and you dont need no 10 carbs per whatever iu its all bullshit that will make you hold fat
keep your protien high,,and the only time id get some simple sugars as a must must is post insulin inject,,then you must drink a gatorade or banana and it shouldnt be an option
post training meal should have complex carbs and post work out shake if you choose to drink one ,,because many dont do it at all,,should include a banana with it as simple sugar or gatorade on the way home from gym,,

you sohuld have a column in a magazine. your stuff is better than most of what we read.

magazines and shit try to make training and nutrition more complecated than it is.
98% of all supplements are garbage.

gh15, how much insulin do the top guys REALLY use? I mean how much in the off-season to put on as much muscle and weight as possible? Give us some idea.
