Shawn Ray said he wasnt competing in it. Others said he was. It looks like Dennis James is not competing in the Keystone show this weekend - because if he was, he would already be there. Instead, he is training today at the Koleseum Gym in California, and getting ready for his win at the Colorado Pro.

I'm here in PA and yes ABZ, no Dennis. He is regrouping from New York and getting ready for the Colorado Pro.

Hey Shawn Ray, is there any truth to the rumor Richard Jones will be returning to competition at your show?

Shawn posted it over a week ago, but we just had to see if for ourselves. Dennis will be much heavier at the Colorado Pro.
Richard Jones at one time was considering doing the 2007 Colorado Pro, but he also was completing his degree in business and law (if I remember correctly), and wanted that done.
