Canada, France, UK, Germany and even Italy, Switzerland are all cutting their social programs, planning on lowering taxes and make their citizen more responsible (minimal co-pay for health care, harder to get wellfare).
In these same countries, enrollment to private schools is skyrocketing and so is purchase of private health insurance.
Has socialism finally bottomed out?
Are hard workers middle class realizing that poor immigration is sucking out their resources and tired to pay taxes in the 50% range for a bunch of sand niggas (France and UK in particular)?

They're becoming more like the United States.
The US can take it a level further by ending appologist behavior to blacks and mexicans. And by getting rid of affirmative action, closing the borders and ending welfare programs.
The hard working middle class aren't realizing shit. Those nations are going that route because they realize that it's a world economy now and they really have no choice. These days and in the coming future, merit will determine exactly how far you go.

It's not socialism.
It's liberalism, or rather, social liberalism.
