well I am not sure about this one. if it was shipped by an overseas courier service those get delivered by fedex or ups just depends. if its EMS or just regular first class then id be worried.

Have your "friend" ask his source how the pack was sent.

My cousin works for UPS and they have ride alongs for new hires, so two guys isn't out of normal. yet i would still be carefull.

yes..one is probably a new hire.....

just leave a note at the door to leave all packs on porch or whatever....they cant prove that the note was for THAT pack.

then let it sit for a day....it shouldnt need a sig.....if it does then your source is an asshole.

He did the right thing, I wouldnt have answered either.  Are you sure it was supposed to be sent through the USPS?

his source said he would not have to sign for it and the note fedex left said that he would have to sign for the package in person. i'm trying to get in touch with a friend of mine that delivers for fedex in that area to find out whats going on.

They'll be back, holiday weekend. I would NOT RESPOND to ANY questions. Simply decline the pack and look all confused.

my 2 cents... Its as easy as making sure at the point of ordering!!!!
sig req. or...
no sig req.
When they come to the door asking you to sign and you know there is no sig. req. say im not expecting anything, sorry charlie.
I deal with packages alot at my store too, I have seen 2 guys quite a few times. Trainees.
