(But I agree with you about the importance of consistency)

most of my friend destroy me in the gym, they have awesome genetics
but they get on the juice, train hard for 6 months, get very big
quit the juice, stop training and eating well and here we are 6 month later
I didn't make half of the progress they had in 6 months but I am a little bigger and they are back to the beginning again 8)
it's been like this since we all started training together 4 years ago
