Adela... I see you are still wearing that Pro Performance bandana... It must be pretty stinky by now, or do you wash it once in awhile? It's nice that you give your sponsor a plug in your video, hopefully they appreciate it and pay you more.

Scooby, I love my Pro Performance bandanna and that is a new one, so it is clean OK. :P I am glad you like the video clip too...

Jess, thank you for the kind words. The DVD is going to include my training for fitness/figure on my own and with other top fitness and figure pro. It is going to have information about my O.F.F Camps as well.
