Hi guys I'm new here and thought i would share my gym expoeriances with you all.
today i got up did 45 min of cardio on empty stomach.
went to gym around 9:30am. today is chest and tri's
i did flat and worked my way up to 455lbs
i did inclin db's and did 3 sets up to 170's then finished up supersetting flat db fly with incline machine flyes.
will his the gym tonight for my tri workout.
