those xxl abb marshmallow chocolate bars are great

yellow nuphoria when mixed with kava kava is good, doens't touch my ativans but is good for a slight smile

and whey force all whey protein shake is convienent for when you just cant do another thing after your workout but you need to refuel, thank you OPTIMUM NUTRITION I will review the rest of the stuff when I get to it
