Someone at the musclechat UK forum needs to tell this guy to add some more fiber to his diet. I wouldn't want to be his roommate! :-[

im looking to cut up massively for summer and i need to get my diet in check. Due to financial constraints im on a very limited budget. Here is my food intake for today, please comment on whether im going to get the desired shredded abs from a diet like this.
8.00am - 1 tuna roll
11.00am - 1 can of baked beans, 1 can of tuna
1.00pm - 1 cereal bar
2.00pm - 1 can of tuna and 1 can of sweetcorn.
6.00 - 1 large cupfull of brasil nuts and 5 cherry tomatoes (random)
8.30 - 6 large eggs (3 yolks)
10.00 - 1 large cup of brasil nuts
What do you rekon guys. i may also use oral turnibol for my cutting phase. will i still make lean muscle gains with a det likethis or will i need to - up protein, or/and up carbs.
I only weight train twice a week at the moment, but my job is very physical. i run up stairs with 30-40kg plasterboards for 7 hours a day!! so i get a good arm and shoulder workout and loads of cardio from the job.

get more greens in there -asparagus, broccoli, romaine lettuce, etc.

More fiber?
His diet has enough fiber. For a conservative estimate, he has 10g (cup of bake beans), 10+g (brazil nuts), 2 grams (tomatoes), 5-8g (corn), and then some from everything else. He just needs something...green.
