I have done this before.

Only do weights once per week but go heavy (upper body one week, legs the next week)

this will allow u to do alot of cardio and burn ur fat without burning out ur body so much that u get sick (if u push it too far by combining low cals, weights and cardio  i guarantee u will get swollen glands and get sick)

so eat only 1,000-1,300 calories and do 3 hours cardio per day. i guarantee it will fall off.

in 21 days? probably not, 30-40 days ...thats more realistic

2 lbs of bodyfat = approx 8500 calories.

You probably have some water retention as well.

Lets say you have 9 lbs of water retention and 36 lbs of fat to lose.

18 lbs *8500 = 153 000 calories.

Meaning you need to have a deficit of a total of 153 000 calories to shed all that fat.

153 000/21 = 7286 calories. Meaning you will have to be spend more than 7000 calories each day, plus all the additional calories you may be eating. If you ran a marathon each day, you would spend 4000-4500 calories running that, less as your weight goes down.

Just trying to give you an idea of what you're trying to do.

I would suggest trying either a more sensible approach with healthy eating and training, or doing a PSMF diet (basically 150-180 grams of protein +5-10 grams of EFA fats each day), training fullbody workouts with moderate resistance twice a week, and adding cardio.

A logical ship in a sea of madness. I don't know how you've managed to stick around here as long as you have, Hedge.

i've read and been told its 7,000 calories for 2 pounds of fat.

personally i have so far taken 5 months to lost 65 pounds. this slower approach worked best for me compared to crash dieting other times. also it minimises stretch marks but they are inevitable when losing massive amounts.

1g Fat = 9 cals
2 pounds = 907.18474 grams

907.18474 x 9 = 8165 cals

Hedge is off by a few hundred cals.

2lbs = 8165 cals - that's IF the digestive system was 100% effecient and the biological processes required to digest fats didn't consume calories themselves (they do).
