Whenever you read the first group of comments for a movie, they're almost always very positive to the point where you'd think the film in question is the greatest ever. Then, after a few pages, the negative reviews start coming in.
I think the studios have people write glowing reviews for their films and then spam the review sites.

I would be more surprised if a big review site like that wasn't spammed by the 'industry'.

The Shadow posts there, he said he loves it. I am pretty sure they are just forum members opinions. I have seen some really bad reviews. But who knows?

no you are absolutely wrong.i have read so many harsh comments about various films.there are more harsh comments than good comments.even films which have high ratings are also critized by the members.do you even post there?..i post there and its a damn good site.stop posting shit that you have no idea about :-\

do you know around 47 million people visit that site every month.also the industry representatives also post there.there is a separate section where they post.one has to be a member in order to post in that section
