It's time to buy a digital camcorder. Even a $100 model (http://camcorderinfo.pricegrabber.com/search_getprod.php/masterid=9652554) would be better than recording with an analog camcorder then using your webcam to grab it off a tv.

i know you just LOVE picking at me, but ive never done any steroids.......
i have a few tricks of gettin an extra pound or two leaner. that would be alcohol with a sugary meal on days i have the irresistable urge to pig out on something 'bad' alcohol will dry me out so i dont look bloated after a carb laced meal
marijuana first thing in the morning will raise insulin and metabolism and burning off even more fat
most of the time i just follow low calorie if ive had plenty of sleep im not really hungry

anytime you go to muscular failure you get a growth signal
but the real key to putting on size is closing in on cardio max output ( how many times have you honestly got your heart and lungs pumping hard enough u thought you were going to passout, well that is what we want to achieve THE UPPER LIMITS OF OUR CAPACITY) meaning something that gets your heart racing. like a superset of pushups and curls or superset of dumbell rows and militarys. sprints!
of course we can only do so much super sets to a point where our muscles are worthless and cannot reach the cardiac upper limits any more. this is when we need more food.....

im good for the most part i can kinda discipline myself only to really indulge on weekends. oh yess coffee is great. i never felt ephedrine after the first time i did it :(
i like to make coffee lettuce and brocolli shakes with lots of coco and splenda for flavor with celtic sea salt for minerals, no sugars

this is true alcohol allows you to eat tons of calories, no matter how shitty and you will still wake up the next morning leaner than the day before.

yes alcohol is potent energy in itself and helps also make use of stored energy namely that 5-8 pound bloat we all carry naturally it gets rid about half that. i think no more than 3 beers a day or 3 12 ounces if you are over 200 pounds. i drink milwaukees best light cheap and refreshing

it cuts water like nothing else besides diuretic drugs, it gets rid of the tiny layer of water around the lower abs that no amount of cardio will remove. in my case anyway. also gives me a much drier grainy look for the next day and causes no discernable muscle loss despite all the textbook regurgiting nerds saying how 'catabolic' it is.

yeah, never had loss of muscles from drinking and I drank nonstop for 4 months.. I was drinking like 250-300ml vodka or scotch a night. Next morning I'd have a slight hangover but I'd drink plenty of water the night before so I'd be okay.

you're not going to "lose muscle" from drinking or smoking some pot, just a stupid paranoid bodybuilders urban legend, if anything the pot will help stimulate your appetite and help you relax and sleep.

Pot is actually great. As you mentioned, it helps in sleep and makes you wanna eat everything in sight. All in moderation.

Alcohol and pot are not good tool towards building a champion physique. alcohol slows the metabolism down and retards fat burning. Pot just makes you high and also gives you the delusional thought that you may be a rocket scientist.
