What is the most healthiest apple to include eating in your diet (mcintosh, fuji, green apple, etc.)?
-
That has to be the most random question ever!!! ???
Well, apples contain an anti-cancer chemical called chlorogenic acid and it varies considerably among varieties. The McIntosh contains very high levels but the golden delicious is very low. It depends also if it was vine ripened or not. Organic and peeled is your best bet when eating.

i don't care,to me apples are about taste.so i only eat gayla(spelling)apples,about 20 a week or so.

I heard you should always eat the peels because that is where all the antioxidants are.

If you're looking for taster - like bench said Gala Apples all the way.

But your digestive system has a hard time breaking them down. Unless you chew your peel until it's water, it is useless. Most skin has a lot of chemical residue on it as well. It's up to you what you want to do.
