so did the judges..what the fuck happened to JOJ..he is offically a C class bodybuilder

He's more interested in lifting heavy than getting results. You know how when you first start out, you train reaaaallllly heavy hoping to get huge? Well, it works to an extent, and that's the extent JOJ is at.

IMO he would be well served by staying lean all year, learning about proper nutrition and train with a balanced attack ala Cutler rather than trying to out-squat the powerlifters.
