should DJ change his 'guru'?..i mean dennis is getting bad to worse under milos.i think so he should switch to charles glass.milos is messing his career.how many times does milos find excuses about messing up dennis james condition?..this is happening since 2003.its time for the big DJ to change the channels.. :-\

It's not the condition that is the big (pun intended) problem.
It's the midsection that is getting out of hand.
Dennis James, back in 1999-2000, had awesome symmetry, with flat abs.
Look at Dennis Wolfe going down the same route.

No his conditioning at least at this last show was WAY off. The man was holding tons of water under his skin. You would think for a guy desperate to win a show and comming close before and this being his job he would have it figured out by now. I feel he is trying to come in too big.

I think both Dennis are intelligent enough to take their own decisions concerning Milos.
You guys make me laugh about Dorian who did everything by himself ! Yeah right, he didn't have someone with a big name behind him like Milos but he had friends to help him with diet, preperation for contest shape etc.
You CANNOT prepare yourself ALONE for a contest and you know that.

All Dennis needed to do to win this show was to tighten up a tad. It was his to win and easily at that. Dennis seems to be very carb sensitive and maybe is not reacting to the water depletion supps as he once used to. I have seen this happen to guys as they get older. For some reason what worked once when they were in their 20's stops working as they get older. To me Dennis looked more flat than spilled over. Meaning he did not have enough water in the muscles. Of course this is just me guessing and going just by the pics that I have seen. There are many things to consider, water, sodium, carbs ect.
Dennis is NOT done, but he needs to stop worrying about size. Dennis with even 90% conditioning of Kia Green would look freaky. I'm sure that Milos will brainstorm and do his best to figure things out by the Olympia.

Yeah he could easily give up 10-15lbs be tight and still have great propotions and size. That would be a winning combo for him.

I agree 100%. It's a shame.
And as for Dennis James, not only was his waist better, even his legs were better.
