i would go with good ole glass.glass produced more champions than milos sarcev...flex,dillet,cormier etc..the list goes on

It depends, in terms of only training than it would have to go to Glass....but when we're talking about "vitamins" as well....then I think Milos has it.

Can make a difference. They're consultants who can help with change that would be hard to accomplish by oneself. New ideas, then enforcement of the necessary shock discipline to make it happen.
No answer apples and oranges. Each would probably help because they're different.

Glorified baby sitters IMO. Though a baby sitter can definitely help if you have problems sticking to a program and aren't terribly self motivated.

at that level it is more about nutrition/genetics/"supplements" than cranking about an extra rep

Too negative; new influences can help even those who work hard and have discipline, through new approaches + someone else cracking the whip.

I gained bout 13lbs in 2 months w/ Milos...no gear...pretty damm good imo...would I have done the same w/ Glass? ...dunno...

why is this even a discussion...Milo's has got himself in shape over 70 times...while glass was smoking just that "glass"...You have a muscle worshipper against a true warrier...Gee i wonder who i would pick....And i won't even go into the race thing...What did Glass do for "the new blond bomber/myth whatever"...To me it looks like he made him worse and then the guy just disappeared...This kid should have been top 5 in any pro show...
I want a guy who will talk on his cell phone while recking of weed while training me ::)

You think if you made it to the professional level, then you might be able to train yourself?... I understand the "dirty" might need some advice, but training? Thats what i like about Jay, such an individual. These guys train as hard and as smart as they want to, same way they did when they were 18, same when they were 25, etc. You think they would establish a style? or take notes on what won that pro card to begin with.

I guess it's easier to just follow Glass around the gym and do what he says, no need to think for yourself. He even loads the plates for God's sake! While Glass loads the leg press you can call your boo on the celly LOL

I strongly agree with this. Using Silvio only as an example. Charles trained silvio well, buy he has been alot drier when training with Milos. He lost a good amount of size too. When training with Milos, Silvio kept alot more size while prepping for shows. However I will say his waist under glass is incredible. If he could somehow have the Milos style size and conditioning and Glass type waist, that would be impressive.

He hasn't done that many shows this year. Now if it were Darem, I'd say his body is probably tired, I think his stack is off a bit.

I have been telling Milos about some of my exercise theories, i think his clients should try them.
In regards, to Glass...i dont really think much of him as a trainer, i think his general knowledge is great and approach to contests nutritionally, etc.
I believe in failure, lots of rest, and extremely low volume at extremely high intensity.

dballn, you forget the fact that silvio had to weigh under 210 in his latest competion...but I have would have to go with glass on this one, I feel like glass knows the body much better. From the way he writes in md he sounds like he has helped lagging bodyparts on just about every bb with unique exercises...

I'm sorry. I don't rate Milos as "super" trainer.. He's just another trainer who charges 300 per hour for some program that made you spent at least 3 hours in the gym working on one exercise.

I respect Charles a GREAT DEAL - always did and always will!
I did train with him few years ago...and I watch him train some people...
OK, without taking this out of context: I train my athletes HELL OF A MUCH HARDER and EXPECT MUCH MORE...like their LIFE DEPENDS ON IT - in each and every workout.
I didn't experience that with Charles...I see him go easy on some athletes that just don't want to train hard...
For me - if I see someone giving less than 100% - I send them home with message to come back WHEN THEY ARE READY TO TRAIN!
I don't accept UNDER ACHIEVEMENTS - and EVERY WORKOUT HAS TO COUNT!
Off course WORKOUTS are just small part of BIG PICTURE and COMPLETE PROGRAM as diet, supplementation, Rx, recuperation, presentation...and few other things come in equation WHEN YOU PREPARE SOMEONE FOR THE SHOW.
I simply don't leave ANY ASPECT uncovered...and I am proud of that.

Cant get enough Milos vids. Saved them on my hard drive already hehe.... watching him run workouts makes me want to go to the gym right NOW! When i was prepping for a show and exhausted, depleted, and tired...i put on a video i had with Milos and id go train insane after 20minutes watching.....motivation
