Muscles grow when they are forced to work progressively harder; also, by using the same workout each time, your previous training session serves as a baseline for comparing whether you've made progress. Diversions from your normal routine are excusable only if they rarely occur, provided they make you work harder. You actually need to workout, not only read quotes by your favorite bodybuilders to make this work.

yesterday i was doing bi's and tri's !!! BOOM! i was wearing a tap out tanktop i bought from ebay and posed my GUNS in the mirror and said "IN YOUR FACE... DONT TRY THIS AT HOME"
