Title: Milos will this training method work for me?
Post by: antcraw on June 03, 2007, 11:06:49 PM
I read this in a book, appearently this has been around for awhile.

I buy a calf and lift it every day.  As the calf grows i'll get stronger from lifting the extra weight so in a few years i should be able to lift a cow.

oh yeah i'll be supplementing with Muscletech's Muscle building stack for extra growth.

A while is an understatement. I read about that in 1970 and it was old then.
