Title: best old-school video game
Post by: Deadpool on June 04, 2007, 10:04:08 AM
Remember when you had to pay a quarter to play a video game?  I blew a lot of quarters on Asteroids and Pac Man and even Ms Pac Man

plus centipide was cool with the rolly ball for the control

My vote still goes to Asteroids as the best old school, pay a quarter video game

Me too on the Pac Man.  I was working construction and at luch we would go to this littleburger joint and they had Pac Man.  I would literally blow more than $5 in quarters on that game.  That lasted for a couple months.  Then this little kid came in and said "don't you know the pattern"?  I said what pattern and he showed me.  I could make a quarter last the whole lunch and have to quit cause lunch was over.

I liked Asteroids too.  But I really like Galagla (?)
