Title: I ran into Rory on the way home from work tonight

Funny, I was stopped at a light and this car comes up along side of me with rock and roll played loud, I turned to look, I pulled ahead a little and thought to myself "damn, that looked like Rory", I back up, look again, and yelled "HEY RORY", we pulled over and talked for a while, he looks great and healthy and said he weighed around 260lbs, and he looked it and also looked lean, anyway he told me about his new site so I thought I would just pass it along.....

I coach two baseball teams that my son is on, it takes up about 20-25 hrs a week, I just thought the name change was appropriate.

Makes sense.. BTW the Rory info was great.. Rory had a great physique 8)
