fucck i used to have his book The Strongest Shall Survive and it was awesome, i lost it someplace but it basically lays out the 5x5 program, it was written with the collegiate football player in mind but this type of program works for bodybuilders and stregth athletes as well, basically it centers around the squat, bench press and power clean but you would probably substiture the deadlift or bb row for the clean, you do two moderately heavy warm up sets of five and then 3 very heavy sets of five all out.

Good program.  First time I ever used it put on more muscle and gained more strength than anything else.  After a while it kind of stops working though.  Just like anything else.
