If Bethany Howlett will be at the King Kamali Classic, I will be there with a videocamera and some questions:

1. Why did you create the Heavens and the Earth on Day One?
2. How did you come up with the idea for an artificial heart?
3. How much extra for anal?
4. How long did it take you to assemble Stonehenge?
5. Any career advice for Maria Sharapova or Annika Sorenstam?
6. What inspired you to free the slaves?
7. If a millionaire wires $1000 to a $50 escort and pays $200 for a hotel room and the escort doesn't show up, how much is he out?
8. As a Board-certified Plastic Surgeon, what are the drawbacks of operating on yourself under general anesthesia?
