today was HEAVY leg day
leg extensions
followed by
lying leg curls !!!
fuck me that was tough
and after that
seated calves !!!
multiple sets
multiple reps
VOLUME

hahahaha! there's one dude in my gym that loads the whole leg press up with 10 pounders between the 45's, and all he does is calve raise on it.

i was using some heavy poundages
half through my seated calves i stepped it up a bit by getting my mp3player outta my bag and blast some heavy metal
that put me in the ZONE
and the remaining 3-4 sets was easy !
