I think it is WRONG that she is in jail. Total waste of money. She has done WAY MORE GOOD, donating her time and money to lots of various causes. Could she not serve more people by actually paying money to charities rather than waste time in a jail which is pointless. Stop and think for once. Leave your jealousy and hard-ons for retribution in your pants for once. You only get one life to live and humans are putting themselves in cages for no reason at all.
You people who are celebrating are really envious. She does not deserve jail time for such a meaningless offense. Welcome to the United States of Imprisonment and Jesus.
The US has the highest population in jail per capita of any nation. It wasn`t always this way...
What a sad country to live in.

I would also argue that her being reassigned to in house arrest is indicative to the double standard in our justice system where the rich elites get a free pass.
-
hahah ok Adam ::)
Seriously, stop and think about it for a moment.
Why do people hate her? I for the life of me, CANNOT figure it out!

Dude you are too late we have covered all the diffferent reasons why she is s tupid whore yesterday, but one of the main reasons are... she is a rich #### that believes she should be treated different than anybody esle because she is rich...
She thinks she has jail free card because she is a public figure... fuck that.
Edit: And i don't hate her personaly, I never have hated anybody in my life, but I hate the system she is symbolizing.
-

Oh thats just bullshit and you know it.
That is the line the media likes to use and you swallow it up like no other.
Any JOE Blow fuck can go out and do what Paris did and not get a single Day in the pokey. Have you ever seen the rap sheets or read about them of career criminals?
This is a traffic matter and NOT something worthy of jail.
Any schmuck could pay a lawyer 300 dollars and they would be out of this mess in no time. But not Paris. Stop and think.
There is no such thing as better treatment for the wealthy. If that were the case, Enron and WorldCom Execs would not have been handed potential life sentences, which is also wrong.
-

So you think a black teen 17 years old who get's a blowjob of a 15 year old (who was happy to do so) deserves 10 years prison... adult prison?

Sooooooo because she has donated money to charities she should not be punished for something that if you or I did, would be?

Please state WITH EVIDENCE where she thinks she deserves special treatment?
Did you know she checked in the jail EARLY and has dropped all appeals, releasing statement after statement saying she is ready to serve her time and not be treated any differently?
Thats all besides the point.
What do you hate she symbolizes? She has donated millions to many charitable causes. What have you done?
-
Adam,
When are you going to get a job and stop mooching off your parents?
-
Sooooooo because she has donated money to charities she should not be punished for something that if you or I did, would be?
Laura I promise you if the people that give her advice what to next to get even more famous would have not said to her that donating some money is a good idea... she would have never done so herself.
That c unt is to self centered to even think of people less fortunate than her.
-
people hate her because she is rich and famous without actually accomplishing anything
everything was handed to her in life

Actually, Adonis is making some sense here.
I agree 100% with those who say she should not get any special treatment, but you have to ask is she being treated more harshly than a "joe blow" because of who she is?
An extended jail term (or even spending a single night in jail) does seem a little ridiculous for a traffic offense, and most people would get out of it without even seeing jail.
-

Shared my money with anybody begging working the Christmas Soup thingy, active in amnesty internation...don't fucking start you got shit on me.
-
Sooooooo because she has donated money to charities she should not be punished for something that if you or I did, would be?
I wouldn`t be punished for what she did, nor would anyone else. 300 dollars to even a low-grade lawywer and you would get put back on probation or have extra community service.
She is ONLY being punished because she is famous. People get assault charges all the time, multiple times and they get added probation. Have you ever been to court?
-
Sooooooo because she has donated money to charities she should not be punished for something that if you or I did, would be?
I don't agree with Adam, but you and I would most likely not go to jail for the same offense. Many lawyers and judges have said this throughout the ordeal. Her sentence is not the average sentence that 'joe blow' would get.
While I can certainly find humor and some level of enjoyment from the whole ordeal....in all reality, it would benefit everyone more if she was made to do community service.
With jail time, we're just wasting tax money on her, and she'll come out with a million dollar selling book when it is done.
If she was cleaning up waste on the highway, we could all still laugh at her, but she'd at least be cleaning up some waste that isn't doing any good to anybody.
-
people hate her because she is rich and famous without actually accomplishing anything

And why is that a bad thing? You people are always jealous of others who do not have to work like a slave or are smarter to NOT have to work like a slave. As if working is somehow meritous. You only get one life to live. Why waste it working?
And for your information she HAS accomplished MANY things. She owns several businesses, has a CD, Acting career.
You could easily say ARNOLD has been handed everything, which he has, but you don`t want to hear that.
-

Oh, I agree. Paris is very self-centered and very selfish. She tries to act so demeur and grown up at times and then yells childish things like "firecrotch" at people who were supposed to be her friends. Anything she has, she has because of her parents money and not hard work. And I don't wanna hear she did a record, she did acting, she's designing clothes because without her parents $$$ she wouldn't have done any of that. Am I jealous of the things she has? Hell ya, but I sure as shit wouldn't wanna be the "person" she is.

Yep.
She's an insufferable cvnt but I was reading a blog and someone that works in the SoCal justice system was saying that 99% percent of the people WITH THE EXACT CHARGE she has do zero jail time
-
You could easily say ARNOLD has been handed everything, which he has, but you don`t want to hear that.

Hilton's path to jail began Sept. 7, when she failed a sobriety test after police saw her weaving down a street in her Mercedes-Benz on what she said was a late-night run to a hamburger stand.
She pleaded no contest to reckless driving and was sentenced to 36 months' probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines.
In the months that followed she was stopped twice by officers who discovered her driving on a suspended license. The second stop landed her in Sauer's courtroom, where he sentenced her to jail.

This isn't a one time traffic offense. It's her 3rd time and she tried to blame it on her staff (not reading and explaining to her the suspension of her license). She isn't 16 with her first week of driving.
-
a girl as rich as her won't learn a thing from paying fines. Money's just an object in her world. A little harsh jail time might smarten her dumb ass up a little.
-
I'm drinking a glass of red wine right now and listening to background music from Louis Armstrong. my back is sore from a brutal workout.
-
You know Adam you have some good points... but let's not forget how this all started...
SHE fuckin drove her car while she was fucking drunk.
There are a couple of people that I have absolutely no time for what so ever and one of them are fucks that endare other peoples life by drink driving.
I'm sure she would have been truly sorry if she had snuffed a whole family, lucky it did not happen.
The judge gives her another chance to sort herself out and she drives again... and again.
And you say she did not deserve prison time?
Shame on you.

In NY it's called an Aggravated Unlicensed....knowingly driving w/o a license.
When I was a young man i got like 10 of them and never did 1 day in jail.
I never got a DUI though so maybe that compounded it.

i'm just telling you why people hate her, me personally i could care less about her but would she have accomplished anything if she didn't have mommy and daddy's deep pockets?
it's easy to own "several businesses" when you have the resources, did she earn them or did she have alot of help?
arnold wasn't handed much, he worked to become a great bodybuilder whether you think he was "all drugs" or not, weider knew he was capable of great things so he brought him to the US, he deserved most of his Mr. O titles and had the perfect look and demeanor to play characters like the terminator, john matrix, dutch etc what actor could've played them better?
do you think paris would be a better governor?
maybe you just have a crush on paris and put her on a pedestal :)

I've been to court. And people who fuck up on probation multiple times often do get jail time.
Probation is there to keep offenders from reoffending. She reoffended toughly. Probation did what it does, put her ass in jail.
I love paris and dont believe she should be in jail but she shouldnt have fucked around.
-
Paris' mother, Kathy Hilton, says "It's in God's hands now." ::)
http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20041406_20041858,00.html
In other news, when the judge handed the verdict down, Paris is said to have literally fallen to the ground. One eyewitness said she appeared as if she passed out. ;D
-
hahah you have to admit it was funny ;D
Haha yes it was, Garraeth is a good guy.
Its red wine, white wine smells like urine man.

What a sad country to live in.
I actually agree with TA on this one. Let me explain why this Paris Hilton case is a big one in my opinion.
1. I feel that any drunk driver when caught/tested should be :
a) found guilty and lose their license on a 1st proven offense
b) Min 1 yr in jail and loss of license for a minimum of 5 yrs for 2nd proven offense, etc
However, many reg joe's and janes have done EXACTLY whhat she did and get slapped on the wrist.
Being a the rich party girl poster babe hurt her in this case and the judge wanted to make an example of her.
Believe me, I am no fan of Paris and think she is a "joke" a celeb with no real talent (kinda like Regis and kelly hehehe).
I would prefer to see the attention on the seriousness of drunk driving and the consequences
-
I don't think they have determined yet whether or not she will be going back to jail. They simply called her back to the courthouse to determine what the next appropriate action will be. I don't know why, but I have always liked Paris Hilton ;D
-
Are you not a selfish namecaller?
You did a friggin Figure show. For what?
It sounds liek you hater her because you are poor.
I am not selfish. Namecaller...only when provoked. I did a figure show...what is that supposed to mean? I did it for me, to get my self in shape and accomplish something I didn't think I could. I don't hate Paris, I just don't think that "celebrities" should be able to get off from things that non celebries wouldn't. If I had a dui and then got my license suspended and was caught driving around (twice) my ass would be in jail and there is no reason why her's shouldn't be. She makes the judge wait? WTF is that. I'll tell ya what it is. It's "Contempt of Court". She's lucky she didn't get time for that. Oh, and I am not poor. I may not be rich but I am far from poor.
-
In NY it's called an Aggravated Unlicensed....knowingly driving w/o a license.
When I was a young man i got like 10 of them and never did 1 day in jail.
I never got a DUI though so maybe that compounded it.
I have gotten like 10 of them as well. I used to drive with a suspended liscense all the time. I refused to pay a seatbelt ticket on the grounds that it was my personal liberty to NOT wear one if I wanted. What I choose to do to myself is up to me and not the government. So I kept driving with a suspended liscense and if and when I get pulled over, nothing would happen but a ticket. It was too much of a hassle to NOT drive. Driving today should NOT be considered a privilege, but a necessity.
If they want to give it a privilege status, than the government needs to improve the rail systems and train systems in america.
Lets face it, if you can`t drive than you can`t do anything.
-
And she got her original sentence cut in half. She has a medical condition? Certainly doesn't stop her from being in the mags every day, yet whatever it is she can't serve her measly sentence? ::)
-
Where's that dumb, titled head smirk now?
hahahahahahahahaaa
Hopefully she gets her throat slit and bleeds out in the Janitor's closet
-
Are you going to spew out some more Saddam rhetoric, you whiny little role-playing Dutch queer? ::)
When i'm back in power, i will personally chop of your rotten head you little infidel.

so you are admiting that you were driving without a license there for had no insurance and if something would have happend you would have no means to pay for the physical and any other damage you would have caused?
Yeah Adam real cool ::)

Wrong, I had insurance. Just a suspended License. Like Paris.
You can have insurance on a car and not a Liscense.

A lot of people don't drive. They don't have cars.
And I think you mean they need to improve public transportation like buses, I don't think most people take a train to the grocery store.
-
Judge just ordered her back to jail!!!!!!
CNN ;D
-
I don't know where everyone lives, but I do know in Massachusetts if you were driving a vehicle after having your license suspended or revolked for dui...the car gets impounded and you go to jail. 1st time...there is no 2nd time.
Also, all the "free Paris" lovers would be singing a different tune if when she was driving she happen to barrel into a loved one and crippled or killed them. Then it would have been "why wasn't she in arrested the first time she was bagged driving without a license?"
-
The point is, she shouldn`t have to hire a driver.
The point is I don't believe half the stuff you say, and the other half I laugh at.
-

We should be taking Mag-Levs to the grocery store like in Japan and France, but we aren`t because America is getting stupider and stupider and not building such things.
I hate this country actually and look forward to moving from it soon.
That is my point EXACTLY!
-
The point is, she shouldn`t have to hire a driver.
NOOOO FFS... she should have hired a driver man, if you get caught steeling from a supermarket and the LAW tells you not to do it again and you do it again... your fucked god damit.
-
I'm not sure but it sounds rubbish to me
HAHAHA can I be your Minister of Information :D
Yes, you've been very loyal to me so i will reward you for that. you're family will receive key positions too.
Kiwiol will we appointed as my secretary and spokesman again, he never stabbed me in the back.

Sooooooo because she has donated money to charities she should not be punished for something that if you or I did, would be?
YEAH NO SHIT!!?!......for Paris to donate money is like the rest of us saying "i'm sorry" and leaving it at that....when you have 100's of millions to inherit, fees, fines, donations, whatever are nothing
-
Hilton, appearing to be in handcuffs, cried after she was placed into a black-and-white patrol car, which sped away from her home with lights flashing as news helicopters pursued, broadcasting live TV coverage.

from TMZ.com
"Paris Hilton was just ordered back to jail in Lynwood to serve out the remainder of her sentence! She'll get credit for 5 days already served.
Hilton left the courtoom in tears, screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom."
One witness described the scene as: Paris was "physically escorted" out of the courtroom by a female deputy."

I wouldn`t be singing a different tune as it is a different crime. Drunk Driving and Vehicular Homicide are not the same thing.
I don`t think she should go to jail if she were to run my family member over either. I don`t have the need for vengeance. Her spending her life in jail would benefit no one. Her using her money to help the poor, the healthcare system, animals, Medical and Scientific research would be beneficial to all.
You sick fucks with the vengeance, barbaric streak need to wake up and stop being fuckign ignorant.

We should be taking Mag-Levs to the grocery store like in Japan and France, but we aren`t because America is getting stupider and stupider and not building such things.
I hate this country actually and look forward to moving from it soon.
That is my point EXACTLY!
What country do you plan on moving to TA?
-
I wouldn`t be singing a different tune as it is a different crime. Drunk Driving and Vehicular Homicide are not the same thing.

She violated her probabtion, rich or poor, she should do her time. She was warned by her judge.
I like Paris and Lohan. I wouldn't mind fuck both of them and busting my nut, but if they're driving around drunk then they need to be punished.
I know Paris didn't hurt anyone, but she broke the law plain and simple. She violated her probation.
Believe it or not, drunk driving is a big deal. You can kill yourself or another human being.
-
What country do you plan on moving to TA?
Not sure yet. Wherever the Science takes me my friend!
It sure isn`t the United States. They are failing miserably in this area.

from TMZ.com
"Paris Hilton was just ordered back to jail in Lynwood to serve out the remainder of her sentence! She'll get credit for 5 days already served.
Hilton left the courtoom in tears, screaming, "Mom, Mom, Mom."
One witness described the scene as: Paris was "physically escorted" out of the courtroom by a female deputy."
How old is she? She's calling out, crying to her mom? She needs to get a grip. If she was let off, ya know what she'd be doing? Smiling and smirking for the camera that with "ha ha ha ha, I got away with it because I'm Paris Hilton" look. And mark my words...she would do it again.
-
hahhahahahhaha
She is in the courtroom screaming for her mommy.

I know she doesn't give a fuck..
She was let out for stress related reasons, while 1/3 of out not so well off prison population suffers from real health problems such as aids, cancer and various other problems.
This is a clear case of preferential treatment.

It appears that she has to do the full 45 days now. She should have just staying in jail and served the 23 like ordered instead of pretending to be ill (she may have been having a nervous breakdown, but who wouldn't if they went from freedom to jail).

OH SWEET JESUS SAY IT IS TRUE HAHAHAHAHAHA
Who would have had a nervous breakdown? Not me baby, and I went in for longer and was aquited of all charges when it came down to the hearing... so I was innocent, that sucks.

On the bright side and since this is a bodybuilding board, she is in pretty good shape :o

Wrong. She isn't going to give away her money.
And second, her serving jail time would teach her a lesson and would probably make her into a better citizen.
Some people hate her because she is rich, some defend her because he is hot. Either way, she broke the law and should have to pay her dues.
-
Just heard it on the local (L.A.) news. :'(
Good. Serves her right. Who the hell does she think she is? Trying to buy her way with mommy and daddy's money. Had it been any other average person, they would have locked the door and thrown away the key.

yes, 23 days in jail is barbaric
It IS BARBARIC. Humans are the only animals that put themselves in a cage.
You only GET ONE LIFE to live. There is no afterlife. Your time in this entire universe is limited and in the grand scheme is not even able to be registered in time, it is so small.
Time is the only thing we have and it should in no way EVER be limited. Do you know the probability of being born? Do you know how infinitely tiny it is? We live because we are the lucky ones. Yet humans cannot figure out a way to live in peace and freely. It just doesn`t make sense.
Perhaps John Lennon,I and about every single scientist known to man are more intelligent and we realize all of this. :)

It was the Sheriff's decision to release her... why should she be penalized for it by having to serve 45 now instead of 23?

You have some good points here TA. However, what would you recommend to do with very dangerous or mentally unstable criminals?

You only get 1 life is opinion and not a fact. Forever is a long time. To think you only have 1 life is ignorant.

Some animals need to be put in cages Adam. ::)
Obviously the SLAP she got on the wrist the first time, oh and the second time DIDN'T work.
When you have children and your child does something wrong that you KNOW you thought right, you will explain that they did wrong, now...the second time they do the same thing wrong you're gonna be a little bit more upset, but probably again explain that it was wrong and that if they do it again...they could be punished. THEN THEY LAUGH AT YOU BEHIND YOUR BACK, TELL YOU TO FUCK OFF AND DO IT AGAIN......what are ya gonna do Adam?

Because the judge is mad as hell: AND HE IS NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANYMORE !!!! ;D
Here is why:
"Hilton’s sentence was first cut from 45 to 23 days because of “good behavior.” When she chose to serve her time under house arrest, the sentence reverted to the original 45 days. Although she spent only three days in jail, she was credited for five because she checked in late Sunday and left early Thursday, leaving her with 40 days."

He'll box their ears! ;D

Instead of prison, they can be taught how to build things, taught how to learn, taught how to interact with society rather than locking them away from it.
For example, we need Mag-Lev trains. The labor can be free. And no, it is not slave labor. It is giving someone a chance to do really do something correct.
-

I think they have put Baca to prison as well hahahah I swear to god :D

really man, the elite company you put yourself in is not justified. Every time you type something and I read it all I see is "tool, tool, tool, tool, tool", it's like an endless flow of garbage coming from your brain. I used to think you were a dick but I thought you were smart now I don't know......

I 100% agree with you on this and on the concept of prison, I have been to prison for 2 Month and I was innocent so I can tell you it's "not nice" beeing locked up.
However for her it's right.

Good one LL, and I just read the recent report on yahoo news . When the judge ordered her back in jail her initial reaction was to say how it was unfair and cried for her MOM. Later she said some correct things about she would learn from the ordeal, etc. Big deal, she spends a month in a private cell under serious protection from other inmates.
If she had killed some others drunk driving, that would be serious.
We live in a nation of laws and without that system chaos would result.

I doubt he has a reply to that. He resorts to ad hominem attacks because he is too stupid to argue the point or see the entire picture. He tries to come off as a know it all, but is nothing more than a pseudo intellectual poser who tries too hard.
We have prisons to keep people from causing inequity in society. A murderous criminal being thrown behind bars ensures a model citizen is not murdered by someone who's not a model citizen. Adonis says this is barbaric, but offers no alternate solution. She can't formulate another solution because he honestly does not believe in anything he says. His entire support for Paris stems from his bias. But he cannot see that, just like he can't type properly, yet tries to come off as an elaborate intellectual.
Paris is no threat to anyone. But she could have killed someone via drunk driving. She violated her probation when a judge told her not to, so must suffer for her crime.

If they could "get along" why don't fellow inmates act decent to eachother when in prison in the 1st place.
Hmmmmm, something to think about. I mean look how most of us here at GET BIG would act if we were all locked up . I bet we could share a wt room and act decent to eachother.

I agree with your second statement. Prisoners should be forced to do labor to repay the tax dollars they suck up while in prison. However, teaching them skills is another thing. People in prisons are often unintelligent people people whith below average IQ's. In other words, the prison system is just a form of social darwinism. And why prevent darwinism from taking its course?

I agree and as you pointed out the core issue is her drunk driving. THAT behavior is indeed a real threat to others on the roads. Howard

LOS ANGELES -- Hollywood socialite Paris Hilton was taken from a courtroom screaming and crying on Friday after a judge ordered her returned to jail to serve out her entire 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case. Ok, she left screaming and crying?
"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience. "It's not right" "Mom" See she still expected her parents to bail her out of the mess she got herself into!
Hilton was brought to court in handcuffs. She came into the courtroom disheveled and weeping. Her hair was askew and she wore a gray fuzzy sweatshirt over slacks. She wore no makeup and cried throughout the hearing. Although I don't believe they needed to escort her in handcuffs, I am surprised it took so long for her to come out of her house (from the time the sheriff's department got there) which was like a half hour without makeup and hair disheveled. You know they used that 1/2 hour to take her makeup off and mess up her hair. >:(
Her body also shook constantly as she dabbed at her eyes. Several times she turned to her parents who were seated behind her in the courtroom and mouthed the words, "I love you." OMG, she's acting like she's being sentenced to death for not doing anything!
Superior Court Judge Michael Sauer was calm but apparently irked by developments of the morning. He said he left the courthouse last night having signed an order for Hilton to appear for the hearing.
Sauer said that when he got in his car early Friday, he heard a radio report that she would not appear and that he had approved a telephonic hearing. He said no such thing had been approved by him.
The judge said of the decision to release Hilton from jail after three days, "I at no time condoned the actions of the sheriff and at no time told him I approved the actions."
After swarming Hilton's home, the news media was waiting for her arrival outside of a downtown courthouse where Sauer listened to the city attorney's complaint that the county sheriff did not have the right to reassign her to electronically monitored home detention because of an undisclosed illness.
I believe the judge feels that she has tried to make of fool of him and the judicial system with all her (I'm sure at the advice of her mentors and such) tactics of trying to get off on this sentence from the very begining.
-
Apearantly her first words when the judge ordered her back to jail were:

Glad we see eye to eye on certain things.
And the US army is allowing people with criminal records to join.. :-X Notice how the US' armed forces reputation has tanked in the last few years. Could there be a correlation between thugs joining and this?

Hmmm, since Paris is being locked up, why not have a mass anal sex session with her as the recipiant.
We could take turns, cheer eachother on and draw numbers for our position in line. Make a deal with the judge that for each dick she takes up the cornhole , she gets one day off her sentence.
We could make a video and use the proceeds for the legal defense of Milos.

Paris Hilton's House Arrest: Cupcakes, Visitors, Naps
FRIDAY JUNE 08, 2007 08:30 AM EDT people.com

Paris Hilton

Paris Hilton traded in bologna sandwiches and a cold cell for Mrs. Beasley's cupcakes and the warmth of her palatial home amid a growing media circus outside her Hollywood mansion Thursday.
While Hilton rested inside, about 40 photographers, TV crews and reporters gathered across the street in hopes of catching a glimpse of the heiress. Three helicopters hovered above and police officers patrolled the perimeter.
And the attention wasn't lost on Hilton.
At about 4 p.m., a male assistant with a video camera came out of the house to film the frenzy, asking the crowd if they loved Paris. He told the media that Hilton herself had requested the footage, noting that she wanted to see what was happening outside her home. Asked if she would make an appearance, the assistant said she "may come out."
Even writer Dominick Dunne took a break from covering the Phil Spector trial to pay the Hilton home a visit. "I wanted to see this," he said. "I think it's completely, utterly fascinating. She's one of the most famous women in the world for going to parties. It's a great career. ... I was surprised that she's out. I don't know why, how she got out."
Those closest to Hilton visited as well. After a somber lunch at La Scala eatery in Beverly Hills, Rick and Kathy Hilton arrived to see their daughter. Asked if they were glad to have her back home, Rick replied, "Yes. Very, very glad."
Hilton's aunt, Kyle Richards, visited later in the day, and told reporters: "I think [the Sheriff] made the right decision. I am worried about [Paris] – of course I'm worried about her and I think we've all lost sight of what the actual crime was – it was driving with a suspended license."
Asked how Hilton is doing, Richards said: "[She's] not well, not great." (Hilton, 26, is due in court at 9 a.m. Friday morning, where prosecutors will ask a judge to force her back behind bars.)
Shortly after 12 p.m., Faye Resnick, a Hilton family friend and best friend of the late Nicole Brown Simpson, entered the house for about 10 minutes. As she exited, Resnick told reporters, "She's sleeping."
While Hilton napped, goodies arrived. Earlier in the day, a representative of Mrs. Beasley's delivered three dozen cupcakes. "These are the flavors that she orders from us: strawberry and mocha. A dozen of each and a dozen assorted," said Anthony Crisafulli, a manager for one of the retail stores. "She's a customer of ours. She comes to our Beverly Hills store, and we decided it would be nice since she's had so much problems the last couple of days."
Around noon, a large fruit basket from Edible Arrangements that included chocolate-covered strawberries, grapes and melons was delivered, along with six cases of Party Animal organic gourmet dog food.
And later in the afternoon, two assistants carried in nine plastic grocery bags of food including cereal, Nature's Own breakfast bars, ice cream and frozen pizza.
As the deliveries poured in, Hilton's parents – along with her lawyer – made their exit. When reporters shouted "Congratulations!" to her parents, Kathy Hilton responded, "Thank you."
Not everyone was celebrating Hilton's reassignment. The frenzy on the narrow street outside her house left many neighbors and drivers irritated, as they had to navigate through the chaos. Many honked at the media to get out of the street. "Tell her to move," said one neighbor as he drove away. At the house behind Hilton's, a person got on the roof and held up a sign that read: "PARIS SUCKS."
But at least one neighbor was giving in. "We love you anyway, Paris," read their homemade sign.

Its not Darwinism at all. Laws and morality don`t have a clear definition of good and evil, right and wrong and especially when people are innocent and wrongly accused.
I thought this interesting, You have Laura, Mike Arvilla`s wife calling for Paris Hilton`s head and yet her husband is a drug abusing steroid user who is committing a felony right under her nose. whereas Paris did not.
What is right and wrong is open to interpretation totally.

The best thing to do would be to reprogram their minds completely while putting them in some kind of program like you say. This would remove the programming causing the destructive behaviour in the first place, but unfortunately, the technology is still not there.
When the technology is there, we should also program in strong positive beliefs for every youngster out there, that should do the trick. 8)
I hope they forget to take her shoelaces before they lock her up so she can hang herself ;D
-
you're post typifies most women and people's mental imbalances perfectly, people act like they don't care about Paris and claim to hate her yet they are glued to their televisions watching her, hahahahaha, she owns your minds.
Who said we didn't care. I absolutely care.
-
Teaching how to work, how to learn and placing them in a job is cruel and inhumane?
Again, this is not slave labor.
Ask the Lawyers that shot this practice down.

Bro you're beyond gone. The seatbelt laws are good. They keep insurance costs down. You proved nothing by driving on a suspended license. That's what is called a real life self induced owning...ha ha!
As for Paris, she is a worthless human being. A poor role model for young girls. And a hazard to anyone driving around her. She is getting what she deserves.
-
When i'm back in power, i will personally chop of your rotten head you little infidel.
I'm so scared, you little role-playing faggit. You got THROWN OUT of the squad because everyone got sick of what a whiny little bitch you are.
-
Hmmm, since Paris is being locked up, why not have a mass anal sex session with her as the recipiant.
We could take turns, cheer eachother on and draw numbers for our position in line. Make a deal with the judge that for each dick she takes up the cornhole , she gets one day off her sentence.
We could make a video and use the proceeds for the legal defense of Milos.
And this guy is a public school teacher. :-X
-
Hey Paris, get your a** back in jail and do your time like everyone else has to ;D
-
Yes, you've been very loyal to me so i will reward you for that. you're family will receive key positions too.
Kiwiol will we appointed as my secretary and spokesman again, he never stabbed me in the back.
You idiot, do you even realize how stupid you sound? This role-playing bullshit is what got you canned from the squad. It's also why you're too much of a pussy to show your face around the V anymore.

All that is cool and all.... but it makes to much sense, is it true that you are still insured even if your license is suspended?

I didn't turn Paris in you moron. And I am not asking for her head. Just for her to own up to what she did and take her punishment. She obviously thought she was above the law if she was warned once and then did it again.
If Mike was arrested and thrown in jail for doing something illegal, he would do the time. There wouldn't be Million Dollar Mommy & Daddy trying to bailing him out, he wouldn't be asking the Governor for a pardon, crying and pretending to have a medical problem to get out of jail or crying to the judge that it isn't fair.

Again, Adonis has a point. They call is a "privilege", but in reality in most places in America driving is a necessity. If I got my driver's license suspended, I would probably drive anyway... not because I have no respect for the law, but because I really wouldn't have another reasonable choice.

You're right Goat, but if you got caught and sentenced to jail, you would have to do the time. And in Paris' case this doesn't apply because she has drivers. There was no need for her to chance it and get behind the wheel. Not to mention she wasn't going to work (which is probably when most would chance it), she was going to grab some fast food (from what I heard).

So you have the right to do what you want with your body and it shouldnt be illegal, but you say what Mike A does is a felony and he would deserve to be repromanded. Care to explain?
Explain your views on her attitude and how arrogant and bitchy she is and act better than everyone else? She disrespects people and thinks her money puts her above the law.
AND ALSO, you are missing one key point. Your arguement doesnt mean shit, cuz her rich spoiled bitchy ass is in jail and you cant do sh*t about it haha :-D

She isnt the only one in jail that has herpes! A lot of inmates Ive heard about have AIDS!
You know there are doctors in prisons! She can be looked at there!

Screaming Paris Hilton Sent Back to Jail ;D ;D ;D
Paris Hilton was taken from a courtroom screaming and crying Friday seconds after a judge ordered her returned to jail to serve out her entire 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case.
"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience.
Hilton, who was brought to court in handcuffs in a sheriff's car, came into the courtroom disheveled and weeping. Her hair was askew and she wore a gray fuzzy sweatshirt over slacks. She wore no makeup and she cried throughout the hearing.
Her body also shook constantly as she dabbed at her eyes. Several times she turned to her parents who were seated behind her in the courtroom and mouthed the words, "I love you."
Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer was calm but apparently irked by developments of the morning. He said he had left the courthouse Thursday night having signed an order for Hilton to appear for the hearing.
When he got in his car early Friday, he said, he heard a radio report that she would not appear and that he had approved a telephonic hearing. He said no such thing had been approved by him.
"I at no time condoned the actions of the sheriff and at no time told him I approved the actions," he said of the decision to release Hilton from jail after three days.
"At no time did I approve the defendant being released from custody to her home on Kings Road," he said.
The hearing was requested by the city attorney's office, which had prosecuted Hilton and wanted Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca held in contempt for deciding to reassign Hilton to home detention despite the judge's express order that she must serve her time in jail.
A member of the county counsel's staff said that Baca was concerned with Hilton's medical condition and was willing to come to court with medical personnel to meet with the judge. The judge did not take him up on the offer, however the judge took no action on the contempt request.
Assistant City Attorney Dan F. Jeffries argued that Hilton should be returned to jail and said that was purely the judge's decision to make.
He said that "her release after only three days erodes confidence in the judicial system."
Hilton's attorney, Richard Hutton, implored the judge to order a hearing in his chambers at which he would hear testimony about Hilton's medical condition before making a decision.
The judge did not respond to that suggestion.
Another of her attorneys, Steve Levine, said, "The sheriff has determined that because of her medical situation, this (jail) is a dangerous place for her."
"The court's role here is to let the Sheriff's Department run the jail," he said.
A former district attorney, Robert Philibosian, also represented Hilton. He said that the law supports the sheriff in making an independent decision on her custodial situation.
The judge interrupted several times to say that he had received a call last Wednesday from an undersheriff informing him that Hilton had a medical condition and that he would submit papers to the judge to consider. He said the papers never arrived.
Every few minutes, the judge would interrupt proceedings and state the time on the clock and note that the papers still had not arrived.
He also noted that he had heard that a private psychiatrist visited Hilton in jail and he wondered if that person played a role in deciding her medical needs.
The last attorney to speak was another deputy city attorney, David Bozanich, who declared, "This is a simple case. There was a court. The Sheriff's Department chose to violate that order. There is no ambiguity."
As he made the final pitch for Hilton's further incarceration, Hilton's entire body began trembling. He had a ball of tissue clutched in her hand and tears ran down her face.
Seconds later the judge announced his decision.
"The defendant is remanded to county jail to serve the remainder of her 45-day sentence. This order is forthwith," he said.
Hilton screamed.
The courtroom was surrounded with eight deputies who immediately ordered all spectators out.
Hilton's mother Kathy threw her arms around her husband Rick and sobbed uncontrollably.
Deputies escorted Hilton out of the room, holding each of her arms as she looked back.

C'mon big Mike, we all know I am no pedophile or sex maniac. I would hope that it is obvious that my goofy posts on the board have nothing to do with how I think and act with my students.
How is your training going? Hitting another show any time?

Ya know, if in the begining (when first in court) she showed up on time without all the hoopla and just accepted her punishment without trying to bail or beg the Governor to overturn the order, and just went to the jail without making it into a circus...she probably would have been out by now for good behavior and no one would have cared.
-
No Justice, No Peace!!!
There is justice in Paris going to jail...she needs to do what is right !!

Of course; part of why she's doing the amount of time is due to her impetuousness, including showing up 1/2 hour late for the initial hearing. I don't see too many others doing that, nor are regular peeps freed early by star-struck sherriffs.
-
hahahahahah
NOW THATS HOT!!!!
LOL, man her hair looks really bad ( and short) , talk about your overall "bad hair days" for Paris
-
LOL, man her hair looks really bad ( and short) , talk about your overall "bad hair days" for Paris
They were actually saying on CNN that she should come in without makeup and with her hair a mess and in PJ's. Saying that would look more like a Paris ready for a breakdown. This was all being said while on TV while the Sheriffs were awaiting for her to come outside for the 1/2 hour. Wanna bet they (Paris and family) heard that and ran her upstairs, messed up her hair and had her take off her makeup. If she were really looking like that at the time, she would have been outside right away when the officers got there, but instead she didn't come out until after 30 minutes.
-
The thing is, Paris should not have to obey the law, she is more valuable to this countries youth than trying to set her straight for driving drunk, something most people do.

well said, put her on Mt Rushmore next to Jefferson :o
-
The best thing is this little shithead basically DOUBLED her sentence by trying to weasel out of it.
-
Oh thats just bullshit and you know it.
I believe her court room actions (being late) and apparently lying and getting caught during the procedings obviously angered the judge.
Don't forget, her offense was DWI while driving into oncoming traffic. 32 months probation for that offense and she violated her probation 2X.
I bet she learns a very good lesson. ;D
-
I think it is WRONG that she is in jail.
DUDE !!! Shut the fuck up! She's had her chance to do right(probation) ...
She's a big girl..She violated the terms of her probation .She understood and agreed to those terms.. She violated ! So now it's time to pay the piper !
Money can only get you out of trouble so many times ...Donations? You're such a queer..
You act as if you're something special? When you made that remark about an expensive bottle of wine...Then said $50.00...That showed what class bracket you are in ...You're poor!
So stop acting as if you understand her situation..You'll never ..ever ...understand her situation..Nor will you ever..ever ...be as fortunate as her ...
Why have the world at your feet have all that money..and not have a chauffeur???
She's where she needs to be...
Let her learn her lesson..
-
She should have moved out of this stupid country that puts people in jail for driving drunk and not hurting anybody geez, she is good at it and doesn't hurt ppl they should fuck off of her. I wish she moved to another country since she has all this money and leave the US drooling for more Paris !

You have the choice to drink and drive or not. Paris decided to potentially endanger the lives of others. She got off the hook with probation and fvcked that up 2X.
She needs to deal w/ the consquences now.

I suck a better cock when I'm drunk. When I'm sober I'm usually pissed off and want to run over to.. and fvck kids.

I think they have put Baca to prison as well hahahah I swear to god :D
Caca > Baca

another fool with narcissistic personality disorder. the jails are filled with mentally ill people. she happens to be born of wealth and consequently never had to work a day in her life. and now a judge sends her to detention for 18 days for violating law. poor little rich girl.

Agreed; it's no joke.
Unfortunately her mom only spoiled her so she'll get the needed reality check in jail.
Sheriff under fire in Paris Hilton case
LOS ANGELES - This is not the first time that Lee Baca, the sheriff who opened the jail door for Paris Hilton , has had his judgment questioned.
Now Baca is facing accusations of favoritism after making the decision that allowed Hilton to leave jail Thursday to serve out her sentence at her West Hollywood home.
The union representing deputy sheriffs demanded that Baca "put a stop to his special treatment for celebrity inmates." And county Supervisor Don Knabe said he was stunned to find out Baca released Hilton without consulting the court.
The county Board of Supervisors will demand a report on Hilton‘s release and Baca‘s decision-making in the matter, Knabe said.
When Mel Gibson was arrested for drunken driving, the department withheld video and audio tapes of the arrest, asserting they were exempt from open-government laws.
"When a celebrity is involved, that‘s when people pay attention," said Robert Stern of the Center for Governmental Studies, a research group. "The big question ... is why didn‘t the sheriff go to the judge" before Hilton was released.
Last year, the Los Angeles Times reported Baca put one of his closest friends on the payroll as a $105,000-a-year adviser.
In 2004, he took more gifts than California‘s other 57 sheriffs combined.
Jonathan Wilcox, a Republican strategist who teaches a course on politics and celebrity at the University of Southern California, said Baca may be caught between public expectations and the reality of the criminal justice system:
"Sheriff Baca needs to be very concerned with at least the impression that the final frontier — the law — is now as affected by celebrity as almost every other aspect of our lives."
-
I'm sick of hearing "I have friends that have died from drunk driving"! People die from driving and not being drunk more than they do from accidents involving someone drunk! Accidents happen everyday, get over it, Paris needs to be set free, hopefully she moves to a country that appreciates her more! :(

You are a worthless sack of shit.. You disregard innocent people who had their lives taken from them because some selfish fuck couldn't obey the law and decided to drive anyways. Paris Hilton broke the fucking law plain and simple. She needs to be held accountable for her actions and that's final.

Baca is also the public safety official who threatens to free dangerous felons if his funding measures don't pass.

He needs to be fired.

He needs to be fired.
I'm down.

He needs to be fired.
No he needs to be put in jail for abuse of power.... And I agree with you calling that dude a sack of shit...

He needs to be fired.
He can't be "fired". Sheriffs are elected, not hired. All they can do is vote him out of office in the next election.

Probably wont happen.. :(

Put him in the same cell with Hilton LOL

Hey Paris, Go to jail, go directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect 200 dollars ;D
-
I didn't turn Paris in you moron.
He should be crying and pleading and asking the governor to Pardon him. Obviously you guys don`t think the steroid laws are correct, since you use them freely. So exercise your right, instead of "taking the punishment like a man". Let your lawmakers know HOW you feel. Stand up to them. Stop being such a pussy.
-
I feel sorry for her
She sould be let go
-
Adonis can i ask you a question please (and dont even try to avoid this one)...... you said I refused to pay a seatbelt ticket on the grounds that it was my personal liberty to NOT wear one if I wanted. What I choose to do to myself is up to me and not the government.
For Thor and Wotan`s sake, do I have to STILL explain this? Here it goes again for the 409349034 time. I think ALL DRUGS SHOULD BE LEGALIZED. WHAT YOU DO IN THE PRIVACY OF YOUR OWN HOME IS YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!!! I am all for speeding up Natural Selection as it were and support anyones choice to remove themselves from the gene pool prematurely. I think Mike should be able to shoot steroids until he is blue in the face. He is an idiot for doing so, but that is his and undoubtedly your own poor choice.
Did I say that Mike deserves to be reprimanded? NO!!!!!!!!! Again, its his own stupid choice, he can ravage his body and shorten his life as he sees fit and should be allowed to do so without the government saying he can`t.
Now you need to explain to me. Where is the evidence that Paris treats people like shit? Where is it? Show me. Please.
-
Of course; part of why she's doing the amount of time is due to her impetuousness, including showing up 1/2 hour late for the initial hearing. I don't see too many others doing that, nor are regular peeps freed early by star-struck sherriffs.
You simply don`t understand do you? Do you know how difficult it is for her to even live a normal life without 50-100 people following her? She doesn`t ask for a lot of that you know. It is easy to see why she would be late.
-
the only thing she's ever done is make a silly naked sex tape and been arrested a few times. she's never hurt anyone.
-

Yeah, she seems rather camera shy.

exactly
actually...she deserves a medal, trophy, emmy, oscar or whatever
-
I think it is WRONG that she is in jail.
What a sad country to live in.
i AGREEE, HOWEVER SEE SHOULD PAY FOR HER MISTAKES.

ALERT*****************
The funny thing is, I posted that stuff about Paris going back to jail a good hour before the news about the hearing even was reported.
It's a good thing I made the right guess, seeing this thread is 9 pages now. ;)
-
As an Aussie I have to tell you guys that i think it is a very good thing that she was put back in! The general feeling over here after she was let out was that "America's laws are a joke, and they have one set for the rich and one for the rest".
Now I'm not getting into weather she should have got jail time in the first place (Imo she got what she deserved, just like anyone else should have) but the thing is if someone else was to not like the food in jail and it was stressing them out, would they have got out....hell no! It just looks bad on the whole Justice system over there. I think the Judge just got pissed and said "WTF i thought i had settled this shit! I'm the judge and i said she goes to jail so get her the hell back in there", and i say good on him. If not why have a judge in the first place, you could just send people to jail and let the sheriff decide how long he thinks they should get ::).
-
the only thing she's ever done is make a silly naked sex tape and been arrested a few times. she's never hurt anyone.
Drunk driving is no joke. I don't want her or any other drunk idiot on the road, especially someone with the easy option of drivers to take her around.
Then she gets caught on numerous occasions which you know is only the tip of the iceberg, AND decides to show up 1/2 hour late for the hearing LOL thank god there was a judge who wouldn't put up with this crap. I think we know she'll have learned a lesson from this, don't you? That's the point of this, since her parents are obviously oblivious and have spoiled her from day one.
-
I wouldn`t be singing a different tune as it is a different crime. Drunk Driving and Vehicular Homicide are not the same thing.

You sick fucks with the vengeance, barbaric streak need to wake up and stop being fuckign ignorant.
I'm trying to see the reasoning behind this post....I think you are trying to be a good person and state that you hold no vengeance in your heart, and i applaud you for that.........but.......w tf man :o. So you think that if Bill gates was to wipe out a whole town of people coz he felt like it that he should not have to pay for it because of all the good he does for charity etc ???. No-one should be above the law mate!!! (except for Steven Segal ;D)
-

Actually Adam, Mike has a script for everything he's taking so he's not doing anything illegal, but as I said before if he ever did anything illegal, he would take his punishment and not grovel to the public with such lame ass excuses like having a nervous breakdown. I also heard her "medical" problem first started out as a rash because she couldn't wax, but that didn't work so they went the "mental" route.
-

She is hot, but I still wanna see her do her time.

Quote from Paris Hilton:
Even though this is a really hard time, I have my family, my friends and my fans to support me, and that's really helpful," Hilton told reporters.
The heiress said she had been given the option of going to a "pay jail" but declined.
"I'm going to do the time and I am going to do it the right way. "I'm using it in a positive way and when I come out, I can't wait to start my new life and be even stronger than I am now."
Yeah...she showed a lot of character by going home and living the lavish lifestyle and having her friends visit her. And later screaming for her mommy ;D
-
Well she does have her own special way of haggling for freedom:

Ok i cant SHOW you, but i can promise you (for what my word is worth to you, but i can assure you its golden if given to anyone) she treats people as if they are beneath her. I PERSONALLY know of 2 people who have told me they have tried to speak to her, and her response was along the lines of... psh please, dont talk to me. I have heard of NUMEROUS stories of how stuck up she is. Dude you like to trick yourself into seeing what you WANT to see, not what is actually there.
Can you HONESTLY say you believe whole heartedly in your own mind that she does NOT believe she is above the law and does not treat people like they are below her?

How can she treat someone like they are below her? By doing what? I don`t understand.
I know the republicans have a history of treating gays, Mexicans and blacks as less than human.
Certainly Paris is not even close to being in that league.

Dude now you pretend to know statistics on traffic accidents. Man what don't you know. To let you know you are 100% wrong on the vehicular deaths. Drunking driving cause way more deaths than older people. Drunk driving is also the #1 cause of pedestrian deaths. Honestly you have to quit pretending so much. No one believes you.

More older die in automotive crashes statistic wise. They are old. But they do not CAUSE more deaths than ages 50 and below. Most accidents by older people are in intersections and at lower speeds cause they can't handle the situations. All the cars, people, lights etc. Sleeping at the wheel is almost impossible to prove 100% unless someone sees them sleeping.

The sheriff who sprang Paris Hilton is no stranger to Hollywood. He has attended the Academy Awards and Golden Globes shows. He's golfed with actor Michael Douglas, given a concealed weapons permit to Ben Affleck, hired Lou Ferrigno as a reserve deputy, taken campaign contributions from Sylvester Stallone.
Serving as sheriff in Hollywood's home county makes the spotlight difficult to avoid. But Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca's involvement in Hilton's early release has some in his own department wondering whether he allows celebrity to interfere with justice.

An insider at the prison in Lynwood, California, said: “The women inside the jail are seething. They say if you’re a rich white girl you get special treatment.
“They are furious that Paris had her own special cell with a panic button, was given better food and was kept away from the general population. “There are girls in here with cancer, TB, and with MRSA. They aren’t allowed to go home and are treated by prison medical staff. “Many of the girls have been locked down in their cells all day because they are so furious. The jail is full of screams about Paris.
And Elana Lamb, set free with an ankle tag, said Paris made a nuisance of herself by repeatedly pressing a medical alert button.
Lamb, 38, said: “She was just whining, complaining she was cold and hungry.”
Jail insiders said Paris had sobbed herself to sleep every night. She was heard repeatedly complaining she was cold and that she was hungry because she couldn’t eat the prison food.
Paris' pal said: “It’s so cruel what has happened to her. She wasn’t allowed to wax or use a moisturiser. Her skin is so dry right now.”

I don`t think she should go to jail if she were to run my family member over either. I don`t have the need for vengeance. Her spending her life in jail would benefit no one. You sick fucks with the vengeance, barbaric streak need to wake up and stop being fuckign ignorant.
You pathetic little pussy. Start questioning your professors with the same contempt, you brainwashed cliche'. You're too fucking naive to contribute anything worthwhile.
Go away again, Adam. Graduate, work for a few, interact. Test your gorgeous classroom theories in the real world. Come back when you've grown up.

For me, jail is not about vengence. It's about removing those from society, who are a threat to the rest of us.

There were 16,885 alcohol-related fatalities in 2005 – 39 percent of the total traffic fatalities for the year.
39 percent according to that dipshit. Looks like the other 61 percent wins out.

So the 39 percent is immaterial? Are you fucking stupid or what?
You are absolutely disregarding people being killed and saying people should not be punished for drunk driving.
Also it boggles my mind that you still do not understand the concept of prison systems.. Obviously you've never dealt with scum, if you had, then you'd be singing a different tune.

No, but violating your probation is a crime.
Adonis can't seem to register that she broke the law several times and is attempting to mount a strong defense in her case. He's trying to come off as intelligent and half the forum is supporting him.. Guess that says a lot about meatheads in general.

Paris Hilton? 257 replies? Is this a bodybuilding board? Paris Hilton got more attention (in the US) than the G8 Summit.
She even had a joint cover with George W. Bush ("how to succeed without talents")
Is that the educated democracy we try to bring to Iraq???
-
We should send Paris a "get out soon" card from the family here at Getbig!! Maybe we could get her to start posting here when she gets out of the slammer.
-
PARIS Hilton's billionaire grandfather donated money to the election campaign of the sheriff who released the 26-year-old from jail, it was revealed yesterday.
The contribution from William Barron Hilton, 78, co-chairman of the Hilton Hotel chain, to Sheriff Lee Baca's re-election campaign is revealed in financial records and a friend of the Hilton family said the temporary release of the heiress last week may have been a "quid pro quo".
"A member of her family has been a contributor to Baca's campaign and this may have been payback time," the friend said.
"Her entourage initially were confident she would be out of jail in a few days."
Sheriff Baca, who has faced heavy criticism for attempting to overrule the judge in the case, has in the past been accused of favouritism towards the Hollywood elite.
He was the officer at the centre of a row when he failed to report Mel Gibson's anti-Semitic tirade after the star was arrested for drink-driving. Gibson had filmed television advertisements for one of Sheriff Baca's pet causes – an education fund for policemen's children.
Celebrities including Sylvester Stallone and Dustin Hoffman have also backed the Sheriff's election campaigns since 1998.
Meanwhile, as Hilton settles in for a lengthy stay in jail, fellow celebrities have spoken out against her.
"All heiresses should be put in prison on general principle," actor John Cusack said.
Oscar nominee Samuel L. Jackson was also critical of the amount of publicity Hilton's jailing had attracted.
"The story is way bigger than what it needs to be," he said. "C'mon! For real!"
Hilton herself seems to agree with that opinion, releasing a statement saying she was "shocked" by the attention her case has received.
"I would hope going forward that the public and the media will focus on more important things like the men and women serving our country in Iraq and other places around the world," she said.
The heiress has reportedly not eaten or slept since arriving at the medical ward of the Los Angeles jail where she was taken after her temporary release.
She "has been crying a lot, praying" and is "extremely withdrawn", jail sources said.
Nevertheless, the socialite said she had told her lawyers not to appeal against the order that sent her back to jail.
"Being in jail is by far the hardest thing I have ever done," she said in a written statement issued by her lawyer, Richard Hutton.
"During the past several days, I have had a lot of time to think and I believe that I am learning and growing from this experience."
-
Well she does have her own special way of haggling for freedom:
yes!

good observation. It is all designed that way pretty much. Humans are worse then sheep today. 99% don't even know what is going on with the world and all the sick manipulation that has occured for thousand of years, and continues to this very second. Btw, I don't believe the situation in Iraq is meant to bring democracy, rather to make more conflict in order to let a few small men(who happen to control the world) inflict their will on this planet.

Hell ya, but I sure as shit wouldn't wanna be the "person" she is.
dont worry laura, i am sure paris will never want to be you too :o
-
she should be held to the same standards as everyone else. if she gets away with her crime while others of lesser stature are jailed, were is the justice in that?
if society is going to work, anyone who commits a crime regardless of socioeconomic status should be held accountable.
adonis is asking for preferential treatment, something that shouldnt be allowed in a free society.
small acts of compassion when no one is around are more powerful then lavish acts.
the fact that she has money and donates it(tax writeoff mind you) doesnt make her good, nor does it help humanity in the long run. it is easy for her to hand over some money she didnt earn, and look good doing it. acts of compassion should be done not for personal gain, nor personal motive. people who travel to help the sick, and spend time with them deserve recognition, not this little slut who does nothing for anyone, other then to fuel her ego and image.
hopefully she is learning in jail.
