bench press 315 or squat 405?
-
They don't train for strength but for cuts.
-
A natural 150Lb guy talkaing about how cut and defined and clean he is. ;D
-
I know plenty of big people who don't put anymore than 225-275 on the bar for bench. it's not all about numbers.

hahahahaha, it's funny yet sad at the same time, hahahaha, there's a kid at my gym 23 years old who weighs 175 pounds who literally has trouble quarter squatting 225 and his arms shake close grip benching 155 and he's on 600mg. of test a week and 50mg. of dbol a day. ;D
-
There's this huge juiced up black dude in my gym and he struggles with 225 on the bench.. hahaha and does half squats on the smith machine with two plates for a brutal 6 reps!1 I swear I saw a site injection in his left delt, but it was difficult to tell because his skin is dark as fuck.

not necessarily.
Vince Taylor has been known to train very modestly, not throwing on tons of weight, and the guy's still going strong after all these years.
bodybuilding is not about numbers, CC's, Mg's, or IU's,
it's about how you look, and if you look good, then mission accomplished.
you don't need other things to justify how you look.
if you look good, thats all that matters.

Ahhh Hooked another one... ;D

the scary thing is that Vince Taylor would look even better if he trained heavy.

Difference is Vince has trained heavy before and can anytime but he chooses to work moderate now due to age and injuries. there is a difference.

yeah, sore shoulders, bulky elbows and bad knees, that would have been sweet...

not necessarily.

Vince has great genes.. I never grew until I trained heavy with compound movements..
I see guys work on hammer strength and lifting light, yet have good builds despite not being strong.
I guess you are right. But there's something wrong when you are big and ripped and struggle to rep 225.
-

aah site injections. A bunch of these idiots at my gym to. Their mid delts looks hillarious. Seems like all the oil in there makes them weaker to.
-
bench press 315 or squat 405?
perhaps a guy who makes 42 posts a day on an internet forum ::)
-
the scary thing is that Vince Taylor would look even better if he trained heavy.
why risk it...
the guy holds the record for most pro-show wins.
i think given his genetics, he's accomplished alot, if not his best.
its like dexter jackson not having to diet as hard as everyone else, or do cardio,to the same degree, it's like vince doesn't have to train to the point he's tearing every fiber in his body.
not everyone responds the same way to training / dieting.
is dexter pathetic for not having to put as much effort into his contest prep as everyone else? i dont think so, it's just the way it is.
but if your talking about the fat fucks that cut to the chase, use juice, and still have problems benching 275 with a big pot-belly, then yah, thats pathetic.
*classic example, some guatemalan/peruvian guy at my gym, he says he's been going up alot in weight/strength lately "wink wink" (using juice) so this is why he uses an aerobics mat around the squat bar to cushion his shoulder region. It's apparenly heavier than he usually does, so this is why he must cushion it! ::) PS: this is with 3 plates a side! lol :P
Thats pathetic!
-
Yes. Being a celebrities personal assitant and cater to there every need like they are super human. I seriously cant think of anything more pathetic than being told to "go get me a coffee" or run misc. errands.
-

Excellent point. Not all big guys do steriods and not all little guys are clean.

bench press 315 or squat 405?

Next question !

you know his weight, you know his age, youve checked what weight he was lifting on a certain exercise, you know that his arms shake when benching a certain weight, you know what drugs hes taking and how much........
wtf is wrong with you?....do you actually train when you go to the gym or do you just look around to see whos lifting what and whos stronger/weaker than you?.....
