Very refreshing to see in light of today's bland, mumbling/stumbling, what's-in-it-for-me guys.

Note to Chick: Haney mentions taking a political stand against racism with the Freedom march -ie. no complacency. He is willing to stand up for a greater cause than himself. I know. I know. You didn't start the fire.

A time when BB didn't finish sets at 4-6 reps...when the workout wasn't over after 30 minutes, when there was no such thing as cheat meals during pre contest training and the quality of muscle clearly shows... Today only few have similar quality and depth.
