you know i see a lot of cats in the gym doing their thing and they dont change you know theyre not pushing themselves... they dont reach no pr's dont get no bigger dont do more sets, more reps...
theyre kidding themselves these cats dont know how to get down
dog like me, hell every other time i hit the gym is a new PR!

i dont train half as hard as i used to anymore and i'd say i train hard now..
when every session becomes balls out..where ya walk away dry heaving from the ephedrine ya took..you getting heart palpations..your left leg trembling n spazzing everytime you push the clutch on your car..its TOO MUCH..when you stumble home lay in bed listening to your irregular heartbeat in your neck hoping ya didn't perm damage yerself..IT FUCKING 2 MUCH.....
eventually..as i did for a long long time....you'll end up quitting

i train with burtum stiff ( 3rd place team universe yrs ago), a 19 yr old jacked kid that can shoulder press 405 for reps (come watch him..i encourage yall) and some old has beens..
as i said i dont train half as hard as i used to...i dont wanna..its not worth feeling like that..puking on the floor on the passanger side of your car at a red light..not worth..BUT...i bet i still train harder than you..
what i call "not that much pain" is prolly unbearable for you :)

Fish is good food for growth! But my doctor told me not have fish as it causes me skin problems!
I stick to chicken. If I ever visit bengal again I will butcher a chicken with my BEAR hands because I am harcore like that.

This Haji knows the strongest man in the world!
If he's shoulder pressing 405 for reps then he should be able to bench 495 for reps as well, which only a handful of people in the world can do. ::)

I just had a bowl of oats, 3 scoops of whey and 3 fish tabs for omega threes! When I am not owning people here I am usually doing close grip pushups with textsbooks tied to by back for added weight!
