Looks like Ronnie can't do much with his entire left side of his body..

so much for the synthol in the left tri theory.
seriously, that left tri is going to hurt him, especially with the right arm so ridiculously big.
does anyone know exactly how he tore left tri and lat? was it one incident or a combination?
i'm also curious about whether he tore it pre-contest. this is how dorian yates tore up his body and seeing as they both trained so heavy all the time it kind of makes sense.
there's always that pressure to retain/build the most amount of muscle possible during this period of time, but surely this kind of thing can be prevented ???

Ronnie is still large and in charge. Will see what happens come Olympia time when the diet is in and the directics kick in.

Ronnie is the man!! Who cares if one arm is slightly smaller than the other. Damn least its not like Jay Cutlers legs in terms of diffrence. Hell his bad arm is probably still one of the biggest and best arms ever!

Also what people fail to realize....Arnolds right biceps peak was way bigger then his left. That didn't stop him from winning sandows.

Wow...Ronnie was by far the most genetically superior Mr. Olympia ever, but damn his left tricep actually looks like it is shrinking more and more...I really hope he doesn't compete this year for his own sake...He has a great history and I don't want to see him tarnish his image by getting on stage with obvious muscle tears....His left arm is probably a few inches smaller than his right now... :'(

judging from the angle of arms in the front dble biceps pose, his arms aren't on an equal plane so to judge them as if they were is a mistake. Naturally it'd make one seem inferior to the other.

my girlfriend live IN FRONT of garrido´s gym...pass in front of it every week. They have some weights also, some improvised stuff...His son is a very good boxer
his gym got a little more 'famous' after a photographer did a exposition (sp) just with photos of that place. Just for you guys to know, the gym is on the middle of the street, below a brigde...so its on open air. And its for free

there is serious atrophy in the left tricep. his right tricep being so massive makes it more obvious.
however, dorian had a badly torn bicep and still one the olympia so we'll see if ronnie gets the same love.

However the left is still a good arm... even with 2 "left arms", his double bis pose would be still awesome.

it looks like he had a nerve damage in his left body, i noticed a long time ago his left leg is smaller then the right also. But cutler has the exact same problem, just with the right side, if jay is not penaltized for this , ronnie shouldnt also.

I thought about that but from last year it's obvious they're out of parting gifts for Ron of the type received by Yates.

i don't know ronnie personally, but from what i see of him he doesn't dwell on negatives. he just seems to shrug them off and get on with the task at hand.
i am reminded of the much talked about and taped athlete's meeting where ronnie was saying, "why complain?"
some might see that as a weakness or a sign of ignorance but i think it clarifies his intent and purpose. he is saying that it is a waste of time complaining because with the circumstances being what they are it doesn't fix anything.
same with the torn muscle. no point dwelling on it/complaining because that won't make it heal any faster. if he talks about it he is just providing a vehicle for negative. best thing to do is keep on going and let fate take it's course, or as ronnie might say, 'it's in god's hands.'
his self belief is unshakeable, even in the face of career threatening injury, and that's why i think he can come back and win the thing.
