Title: y bob? whats teh catch, or u r not following the rules??!!
Post by: Atlantic on June 18, 2007, 08:46:05 AM: 15. Pursuant to Pro Rule 10.2 (Appeals), you have the right to appeal this decision within ten days of the date of the decision, failing which the right of appeal is lost.

How can you appeal after the 10days period that was set by the IFBB. Which ended on the 8th of June?? (the date of the decision was on the 29th May)

Actually, It had less to do with pull and more to do with timeframe...It only got on my desk 2 days before it was due, and with Milos out of the country and me traveling.

An extension was granted, and I submited the appeal on Milos' behalf....it's in their hands now.

I do find it 'comical' how all legal this seems.

It's like the IFBB is a real offical organization thats upstanding & legit.

Maybe one day.....there won't be illegal activity involved.
