WOW that was awesome!  imagine how long he must've spent practicing that.  caus if your timing was off, especially in the first part, you'd look like an idiot.

Watching sweaty, grunting, muscular men training with weights then.

I'm not gay, but some people could accuse me of being, because I watch workout videos, or bbing shows.

I look to these workout vids for inspiration and for psyching myself up for training all in a heterosexual way.

The posing is just alright but his physique sucks. Arms too big, head too big for his body. Front lat spread is a joke as well as his most muscular.

Nobody beats Lee Labrada or Lee Priest

It's precieved "odd and gay" because your prolly used to watching the "pop and lock" retarded posing of today, back then bodybuilding was more of an art form and was rarely considered gay, now alot of these idiots are making their living doing the G4P like Derek Anthony, Tai Green, St. Cloud, etc.

Posing is and should be an art, guys like LaBrada, Shawn Ray, Zane, John Brown, Ed Corney, Dickerson, Bob Paris new how to show their physique as art not a break dancing.

The posters on here who call LaBrada's posing "gay" clearly have no idea of the true meaning of bodybuilding and what it should truly be about. Sorry Pumpster, but you obviously know nothing.

Joe… any routine from Lee Labrada could certainly be on a list of all-time best posing routines. Here’s one of Mohamed Makkawy from the 1984 Mr. Olympia that I think you’ll agree would have to be added to a list of all time best routines.

It’s too bad we don’t have any clips of John Brown or Rory's routines. They could certainly be added to the list.

And since we’re on the topic, let’s remember the man who influenced all of us to think of posing as an art form. From the 1983 Mr. Olympia (far past his prime) Ed Corney.

You're not really a fresh healthy guy are you?

Absolutely healthy and absolutely love women. Fresh? I don’t know what you mean by that... Please explain.

What about you?

I can look at a good male bodybuilding routine and see the art in it and that’s the end of it. I don’t look at it as gay because there is no sexual thought in it. I don’t look at any male bodybuilder the same way I look at a female. Sorry you can’t separate the two.

So in your eyes if a male bodybuilder can actually move fluidly, walk like a nomal person, has balance and flexibility then that makes him or any male that can appreciate it gay?

And a male bodybuilder who moves like a lunk, throws a bunch of poses at random, has no sense of rhythm, looks like he’s going to loose his balance, walks like he has jock itch and a load in his pants at the same time, walks back and forth across the stage putting his hand to his ear to encourage the audience to cheer for him deserves respect because THAT determines he and his fans are straight?

Wow, I guess I had it all wrong. I’m glad you corrected me.

By the way I like pictures of women but whatever you posted was not visible.

Okay sometimes I forget... it's Getbig.

I actually talked to someone today who likes Kamali's pop-and-lock!!

I think the distinction being made is that Melvin; King etc. have presentations that are entertaining and incorporate a lot of dancing. That's all well and good but it's not really posing, it's dancing with some poses thrown in here and there (Although the actual posing portion of Melvin’s routine shows he is really a great poser).

Guys like Lee Labrada etc presented posing without the dance and were masterful at it.

By the way I think Milos was a very good poser.

Tamali's posing is legendary. No one can surpass his retarded idiotic posing
