I've noticed that the day after i trained my arms/calves (2 problem areas) they are slightly bigger (0,25-0,5 inch) but the effect goes away after a couple of days.
Inflammation of the muscle? It's not a pump or anything, just in relaxed state.
Anybody can explain?
Maybe i should train them more often i will see better results?

very good question, i just trained calves and got a good pump, added 1 1/2 inch on them, i will measure them tomorrow to see the changes. But i wouldnt confuse pump with muscle-growing. If you are in a constant pump, i dont think you will grow faster. we need pumpster or vince absile on this one.

You're a joke.
You've injured the muscle so if should be a little inflamed, but not for long. How accurate are you measuring to be able to get 1/4 and 1/2 inch differences? Are you taking measuments in the EXACT same area? Could also be diet and bloating.

wtf?
hahah this is silly but im gonna reply anyway my calves measured 4 cm more, thats almost 2 inches, after that brutal dictionaty-workout, it was just the pump, 2 hours after that they returned to their normal size. i know they didnt grow 4 cm, it was just the pump, you need to read better. and yes i measure at the widest place, perfectly.

Yes, it's an accurate measurement, i always measure it at the point where it's biggest. It was one day after i did that calf workout (see other thread). Not diet/bloating.
Calfs feel a bit hard, tense and sore. So i guess it's inflammation, but i was asking since indeed it's a bit of a high number.
