No, I'm sure it's fake. Most security cameras don't have audio, and those that do the quality wouldn't be anywhere near that good.

But, it was rigged...look at the perfectly folded clothes coming out of his bag, or how many people spell Ian like I-a-I-an...or whatever he said near the beginning; it was nowhere near Ian, which is the only spelling I'm familiar with.
Good entertainment though! :D
