250kg for a double, 99kg, 16 weeks out. had a bad cold.

Strong. Need a tighter setup. Looks a bit unstable.

a lot of weight, but if I had to comment on anything it would be get your rear lower and get your spine straight.

it was a single, not a double, shitty form, not impressive.

Very good explosive power.

Drop your butt down and get more of a kick with your legs and you will blow through that weight. you need more leg kick though.
