Title: Muscle Cramps
Post by: Arnold Palmer on June 26, 2007, 07:59:41 PM
After doing my bicepts routine, i decided to pick up some 20lbs dumbells and just rep out like a crazy bastard.    After doing they both bicepts went into complete contraction (cramped up all the way). Would letting this go instead of stretching them out do anything for muscle grow. I mean to leave my bicepts in a cramped state for as long as possible.

Check your salt intakes this is not a good thing - you may be low on potassium
