my legs are hurting from yesterdays leg session
my arms are still hurting and i worked them saturday !!!
and every time i hit the gym i do a new PR in at least one exercise !!!

That's just cuz you're way out of shape...that'd happen to me too if I went to the gym once a month.

because your whole idea of training is you dont even believe in pr's! arnt you the guy doing super slow movements with milos?
and then if you eventually get tired after 10 hours you think its because you worked your muscles hard when in reality its your lack of endurance that made you fail and not the strength of the muscle!

At 6’2” and 205lbs I don’t think of myself as big at all. My idea of big is 5’8” and 220+ or 6’2” and 250+, but as little guys (5’8”170#) often tell me “to me, you’re big!” It’s all relative . . .
Still growing here. I've gone up 10lbs since I wrote that two years ago. :)
And last week someone called me "a brick shithouse" ;D

No! It's not super slow -- get that right. It's super light! So for example, this week I'm squatting holding an 8lb pink dumbell in each hand -- none of this barbell with 45's shit on them, or anything stupid like that. ::)
Try it. Hold 8lb pink dumbells (a total of 16 lbs) and do your squats. 10 reps for 3 sets. Man, feel the burn!!!!

Team Lerone has motivated me to get off my fat ass AND TRAIN LIKE A MAN AGAIN.
I went to BIG 5 to get some bigger dumbells for my home gym after watching "100 POUND DUMBELL CURLS IN YOUR FACE". Anyway, the dumbells there only went to 50 POUNDS. AND THERE WAS GUM AND TRASH ON THE GROUND AND FILTHY RUG RATS SPREADING SNOT ON THE GRIMY PUNCHING BAGS. I left in disgust..DONT THEY KNOW THIS IS WAR????
PS: They had tons of those little pink dumbells so some of you might want to head on on over

I stopped growing in 1999 and then a friendly man in the gym introduced my to a lovely little tablet called Dianabol.

my mate made a routine for me so awesome reallly growing fast on it
Everything noticebly bigger, much stronger and leaner. A great years training marred by a couple of spastic injuries

No, I've gone backwards in the last few years. Just not eating enough protein and the joints are starting to go to shit. Always seem to have an injury these days.

Im growing like a weed since I started training at 16 I weighed 70kg 4 years later im now 112kg. Thats a gain of 42kg. So if I go by that method of weight gain and improvment by the time im 24 I hope to be around 156kg and probably compete on stage at 148kg...... give or take 5-10kg because Ill be persuing my cage fighting career around ages 22-25.

You may be getting bigger but is it muscle your gaining or could it be fat. Strength and/or weight gains don't necessarily mean muscle gains.
