just wanted to introduce myself, i'm 20 years old, 5'11" 117 pounds at 1 percent bodyfat, i've been lifting for 1 month and i bench press 455 for 10, squat 625 for 10 and barbell row 500 for 8, i'm completely natural and own my own multi million dollar business as well and i'm preparing for my 50 th cage fight, nice to meet all of you.

i'm completely natural dude, i just work hard and eat 1 meal a day of a quarter cup of oatmeal, two Twizzler sticks and a big glass of water and that's it for the day.

i'm actually trying to get to 99 pounds within the next month, i'm thinking about dropping the oatmeal and just going with the two sticks of Twizzlers and the water but my strength might drop a little.

why all the hate Mindspin, i don't know if you've been around the block like me but i just figured that those were pretty average accomplishments, everyone at my gym does stuff like that, if you train hard you might be able to achieve what i have one day.

exactly SS, you seem to know what i'm talking about, you must have a lot of experience in the cage, those lifts i handle are just for tone and flexibility, i'm not really pushing it too hard, i could be a lot stronger but it wouldn't help my abilities in the cage.

That must be your pre contest diet... But you forgot to tell the kids about your "Off" season diet, 5 cups of uncooked rice, 8 cans of drained tuna and 2 gallons of water daily.

2 gallons is not nearly enough...........you need at least 8 gallons when you 're training mma, and weightlifing 12 hours a day.

Those lifts are mediocre at best.....after you are no longer a noob here,your lifts will be as respectable as the rest of the members here.

i'm so disillusioned with the responses i'm getting to my thread, i don't understand why people are hating on my achievements so much, i forgot to mention that i have a PhD in nuclear physics as well and my 455 bench for 10 is actually pretty mediocre where i train.

thanks man but actually my lifts are pretty average, i've only been lifting for a month and i'm completely natural, i'm thinking that if i add 25 grams of ion exchanged triple filtered goat protein after i train that i'll move my bench up to 500 for 15 ina couple of weeks.

You remind me a lot of myself when I first started lifting a couple of years ago. Don't worry about the haters, your lifts will increase in no time! most of the guys here think it's crazy to train at a gym where regular lifters put up 415 on bench and 500-600 on squats but they're obviously limiting their potential! I'm up to nearly 600 pound on my bench for a TOUGH 6 reps, and hoping to get to 155-160 pounds lean in the next few days, im 6' 8" btw and only eat pop tarts for breakfast and a protein shake before bed.

Squadfather.....let me give you some useful advice. Your bench is ok, so is your squat. I would recommend that you start training three times a day. You will keep that anabolic window open for a longer time. Also, something that the pros do that nobody knows about it that they have a filter system for their urine and feces. You dump that all in the filter, and will spit out a shake that contains any lost muscle, supplements, etc. You then inject that back into your body. Thats how they maintain the tremendous size they do.
I also saw that you are into the twizzlers....are you doing the nibs yet? If not, be careful. You will have to do some major HRT if you do. Those things have been known to fuck a brither up.
So, stay strong...stay mean....oh, and make sure you wreck a bitch or two between workouts.

By the way....who told you about the twizzlers thing? I was on Skittles for a long time before I learned about the Twizzlers.
