Title: Eddie Abbew Training Clip

This is clip from an hungarian TV show on Eddie Abbew at the end of April, about 6 weeks after the ironman. He's currently at 302 pounds and starts his diet on monday in preparation for the Olympia.

The entire segment on eddie is at his website www.eddieabbew.co.uk

He's also on the cover of the UK FLex magazine for July

The youtube file is heavily compressed, that's why the quality isn't too good.

I watched half that clip......some of their training methods are kinda ridiculous.
