It looks like he holds quite abit of muscle so its hard to say if he is in the 10 range...Certainly not any less but my guess would be around 12...But i think its safe to say that he could get away with saying 10 to 12 with no one really doubting him...I would really have to see how much lower back fat he holds..

No one's saying he doesn't look good dude. But at 10%, you'd have decent vascularity and your abs showing clearly. I'd say Alex is about 14 - 16% there. I don't even have my obliques out that much and that's the 'fattest' part of me. I always told people I'm about 15%

i will say this...The photo Alex took is quite a ways from him and he is still showing alot of size...Most shots that aren't right up on a person make them disappear...You can tell that this alex kid is holding alot of size...esp/if he is a natural..

I must do at least 25 bf readings a week and yes With the amount of lean mass vs fat, I would say this man is at or around the 10%. You can have 10 different readings taken by 10 different people and not 1 would be exactly like the others. That's why it's just a number. The mirror is a much better judge of how you look regardless of the % somebody measured for you.

Claiming that I can't be natural looking like this is lying to yourself, justifiying your own misunderstanding of why you can't look that good. You need an explanation for everything. You must rely on religion a lot to make you feel better.
You failing at 225x112 is very likely considering your poor size and past history of deception, lying and manipulation. Isn't very hard to prove, takes about 10mins and a cheap camera.

I'd say 14-16 is about right.
The worst part about it is that that is probably the leanest he's been in several years. Alex would have to lose 30-35 pounds to do a show...maybe more.

What we need is a pic of someone who is a confirmed 10%, and compare that person to Alex. IMO, Alex is 10-12% in that pic. Stocky guys tend to appear fatter than they really are in the same way that skinny guys seem taller.

I've been trading since 1999 and been up every year. I bought my house in Fremont, CA cash mostly from investments returns. Nowadays, I barely touch my W2 income.
Maybe you should do a wiki about it and spread the word that it's "worthless", this way we can keep the secret for us while you're still deep down stuck in the rat race 8)

I invested in Defense the days after September 11th. Alliant Tech was one that was great. Bought a Lotus and a 1959 Cadillac Coupe De Ville.

You live at home, get some quick cash, buy an ass old "cool" car. Use it for a while, pay for very high rates insurance, maintenance etc.. then resell it.
Real estate didn't boom at all betwenn 2001-2005.

I don't know much about Day trading, but there was a time post 911 when it was pretty difficult to make money doing it from what I hear. There are always exceptions to the rule, but I remember hearing that since most stocks were sinking, it was really hard to buy and sell in the course of a few hours and make a decent profit. It is probably different now, as the market is a little better, but one would have to know what they are doing pretty well I am assuming. Supposedly people were making a killing during the dot.com boom, when stocks were soaring. From what I have seen from him, Alex knows what he's doing and he can afford to lose money on off days/weeks, whereas many people who depend on day trading for their income can't.

I have no vested interest in this argument but based on what I've seen over the years on messageboards when it comes to naturals vs. enhanced Alex can't be natural. He's to big. If he is Natural he should be packaging up whatever it is he does to give hope to the regular mortals.
I'm just calling it like I see it. If he's natural then good for him, if he's not I really don't care.

It's hard for me to commit to it cause I've got a few things I'll be busy with mate. But if things pan out the way I expect, then probably.
I won't be super conditioned TBH. I might get about 8 - 10%. I've got really good vascularity and separation at that level and I don't think anyone from the current crop can beat me, even with better conditioning. We'll see :P
