Hi all, a few yrs back i found a routine on the boards but cant seem to locate it again. It was structure as follows:
Power week
Reps week
Super set week
called something like P/R/SS. Ive typed this into the search engines but nothing seems to come up. Does anyone have a link or can post further info for me please
