Iīm planning to do my first cycle with gh.
I donīt wanna get bigger,just get rid of some fat.
Are 2 ius ed enough or am I just wasting my money?
I will do at least 2 months and up the dose to 4 ius the second month.

with gh your lookin at forkin out some dough, and you have to wait forever to get results. Go get yourself a box of ephedrine and a low carb diet, youll be slim in no time. Cardio 5x week and youll be loosin like crazy.

I know some guys who lose fat like crazy even when eating junk food.Just wanted to hear some other opinions.

2-4iu's per day will be adequate for fat loss/conditioning. However, to see some really good results you should try to run it at least 16wks.

i only dose for 8 weeks. 4iu per day and i get good result also

With GH the longer you are on the better.
The amount you want to take is perfect for weight loss.
But, make sure your diet is cleam,, and throw in at least 30-45 mins of cardio 5 x a week.

i use 2ius, 5 days a wk and my stomach as never looked better!!!! i started seeing results in 1 month at min. my skin is tighting up expeciallly round the lower abs where i shoot it in, i like this stuff alot, cant really afford more but i suggest 2 ius to start

Yeah, all the studies I've read say that GH may have spot reducing properties but this is not conclusive. However, everyone I've talked to who shoots it sub-q says they have noticed more fat loss this way in the area injected...I've noticed it too.

damn sounds like i should try it. ive got this little bit of fat on my lower abs, its still there even when im at 9-10%.
