I've been trying to add muscle but it's seems very hard with my fast metabolism, but I do keep a low bodyfat. Would it be advisable to eat more and allow my bodyfat to increase in my effort to gain muscle? Thanks

Yes, if you EVER want any thickness at all. It gonna be a tough row to hoe anyway you do it.
Choke down the food dude, you need to put a little belly on to pack on some lats and delts and etc.
No other way. Ice cream and cheezeburgers and some chips aint gonna hurt you a bit.
I'd go till ya just about lose abs.
Make damn sure ya gettin 1.5 gr protine per 1lb BW.
Hell, take that much in daily just in high quality WHey + at least 3 good solid meals.
YOU CAN NOT gain any appreciable amt of muscle and stay that lean.
It's fantasy.

YOu cant. If you want to gain size- some fat and water must come along. Nothing wrong w/ staying that lean if you like it, but you will gain size very very very very slowly, basicly not at all.
You dont have to turn into a Pig, but a little puffy beef wont hurt a thing on you, you'll score more chicks too.
Yur TOO LEAN! Eat up, and keep lifting ;)
Lookin at you, I'd say: If ya wants size... 1. Stop ALL cardio. 2. Only hit the major muscle groups every 5th day at most, smaller ones up to 2xwk OCASIONALLY if no tendonitis or other issues. 3. Get the poundage UP! AIm for a 1.5 x BW bench, and closer to 2x on squat and deads. 4. Alternate intense Squats and deads each week. Not consecutive.
It's too much for your build and Nat trainer.
YOu need to Eat LOTS more and cut the energy expenditure or stay look like a Basket ball player. Nothing wrong w/ that if that's what ya like, but Im hearin you want to get bigger....enjoy ;)
