Mine was ok, little stressed out, the spirit of LEVRONE wasnt really clear today but I managed to make PR's in 4 outta 6 exercises and I'm cool with that

115 degrees in the gym tent this afternoon, but still got through 24 sets of chest - flat, decline, incline, and all the dumbell stuff. Went through 3 2L bottles of water in 90 min.

I hate to say it, but since it has been 110 here, I have a hard time even drivin to the gym. My A/C starts working by the time I get there. Bean on the treadmill at home though.
I live in Vegas, I can't believe Jay Cutler can stand this heat and not have a heart attack.

Nope. It's 2:20 PM and nothing yet. But he's napping. Usually he'll wake up, stretch out, and ruin my afternoon right around now.

You should stop running if you want to have ANY leg size for the Mr. GB this year. :)

hahaha Running the size of your legs is not a myth. Ever seen a 5K runner with big legs and large quad sweeps?
Go ahead and keep on runnin' though, I am sure you have plenty of leg size to spare. ::)

Yes but do they bodybuild? Do they train legs?
Not saying your wrong but if they don't use resistance training they are hardly going to have big legs.

Someone with more knowledge can definitely clarify, but I always thought it had to do with engaging and/or burning fast twitch fibers versus slow twitch fibers when doing sprints versus running, esp running long distances.
I know that my legs were alot smaller when I was running 3-4 miles a day.

HAHAHAHAH nowhere but getbig would someone suggest not to run. Why shouldnt he run? It can only be beneficial to ones health. (except shin splints)
That 5k runner may not have "tree trunks" for legs (girls sure love that btw... wtf??), but at least he can walk up his own stairs without being out of breath. GO Jay! ::)
