just my opinion:

-Those should be BCAA's
-glutamine is fine
-Carnitine...from the studies I've read, anything less than 2g is pointless, so unless you're going to buy that much, save your money.

 ;)

to my knowledge there is not one single study anywhere proving that glutamine does anything, to anyone.

why milos and others are pushing this is beyond me.

Just talking for a natural bb guys....

For example we know that with cardio along with fat loss theres a little muscle loss.....

What do we actually need to minimize that catabolic state during cardio sessions....

Thanks guys :)

Bump for Milos

Idiot.

Do yourself a favor, and go to Muscle Mayhem, and PM Layne Norton. There are numerous studies that he has done himself, as well as found and none have showed any positive benefits.
I've seen him debate many people on this issue, the people that SWEAR glutamine works, because "they say so."
Before you go spouting off at the mouth, know what you speak of.... :-X

50 mg of Ephedrine + 200 mg of Caffeine is all you need.... don't worry about losing muscle, you wont loose much.

Us debating it isn't going to stop him answering it. At least the thread will be near the top. He might see it.

haha, Yeah, 50mg of ephedrine is asking for a heart attack.  I take 25mg ephedrine, 300mg caffeine, plus half a big ripped force and I'm buzzing.
Actually, I'm looking at the labels of the two products I take and damn..I need to settle down...ahhaha
425mg Caffeine
25 Ephedrine
Plus a bunch of other things.  I'd go with Blade Hardcore by www.extremelabs.net (http://www.extremelabs.net).  The product is awesome.

It all depends on tolerance levels... it's quite possible that I need to take a break from the Ephedrine...

milos,

help.

my girlfriend has some medical condition where she will mistakenly use phrases like "hurt me leroy" or "spank me jose" during intercourse.

What meds should she take?

Signed,
Todd.

Until just recently, I would have a Bronkaid tablet (25mg of ephedrine), a caffeine pill from Walgreen's (200mg caffeine), and then wash that down with a low-carb Monster or Rockstar.
The first week of doing this, I was like a tweaker on Meth, and at one point even my hands would go numb. But oddly, I loved this feeling!!! :D
Then, after doing this for about a week and a half, those very same signs I described disappeared and never returned. Even if I took a half a tablet of Bronkaid and caffeine every 2 hours after the initial dose above.
Moral: your body acclimates to the dose and you no longer feel the same, but you don't necessarily need more. But if you took 50mg of ephedrine in one dose, it wouldn't kill you. Tweak you? Yes, but not kill you unless it was a habitual thing.

make sure it's carnitine tartrate.......not L carnitine.

huge difference.

Its L carnitine...waste of money? (damn it was expensive.... :-X)
