Title: The Muscle/Health dichotomy
Post by: Tapeworm on July 08, 2007, 01:05:23 PM
What's with all the dietary shit in bodybuilding theory that is supposed to promote muscle but isn't necessarily good for you?  When did promoting muscularity and being healthy become 2 different things?

HAHAHAHHA...seriously I don't think there was a certain time period but Vanity and Health are two different things.  People have always sacraficed they're overall health to look better, it's human nature to only think short-term.
