In all fairness, Milos will be able to pull the wool over the eyes of a lot of naive people. It is an insult to the intelligence of the rest of us though. If pros only use a gram a week and are already far beyond their natural limit, how do they continue to grow without increasing dosages? Makes no sense at all.

Absolutely right. Look at the progression of Ronnie since he started working with Chad Nicholls. Ronnie was no bigger than many of the other pros before that. Then he blew up 50lbs.

Much better there than now. Good thing BBing isn't about having a pleasant looking physique. :-\

Branch looked damn good back then.
Shame that chasing size at all costs has made him look like a GH leprechaun.
-
He actually claimed on PBW that he wanted to be a balanced bodybuilder. Yet his legs are more balanced back then. Then he tears his lat and gives an interview on how the only thing left he has to bring up is his back.
-
His face looks completely different. In that shot he looks like a hansome young man. Now he looks like a middle-aged, high blood pressure, redneck.

It's all about the "super set", nothing more. ;)

Maybe chad niccols knows a excersize that we are not familiar with yet?

Yeah, the one great 'exercise' is called "genetics".
Few bodybuilders could get to Ronnie's size even if they took Joe Weiders Anabolic Megapacs ten-fold more than Ronnie.
Thats a fact. Yet there are countless frustrated bodybuilders busting their lives and livers trying to "lift their potential" as they refuse to look in the mirror and see reality staring back at them.
Ah well, lessons learned. Lessons learned.

The bigger Ronnie gets the less muscle he looks to have. His arms are huge but besides the bicep what the hell else is there? It just looks like a cartoon

he increased his dosage to 1.1 grams..that is clearly going beyond the limit set by milos

More years of training, eating, and supplementing won't allow you to get better?
Hell! Then why spend all that time in the gym and eat all those meals, Matt?
According to you, all you have to do is up the dosages.

branch is slowly morphing into jabba the hut. I don't care how "big" he looks he looks like garbage right now and the judges need to just say enough is enough. I mean really how badly can he distort his body, the guy is ugly as hell.

i guess the 'judges' want him to explode or atleast his internal organs :)

;D Yup, i never would've guessed that was the same person
-
he looks phenomenal there
how can he look at that old pic and be happy with his current physique?
E

I get upset just looking at Branch's younger pics. Professional bodybuilding is a fucking joke it makes me mad. 9 out of 10 guys on stage at the Olympia look like shit.
-
Eh...look at the guy Branch is standing next. Change him with Coleman/Cutler/Martinez/Dexter and Jay looks very inferior. The very best pros are the ones that can put on the most muscle without ruining their physique.

As I've said at least 10 times so far, it is an ironage.us delusion that ANY human being on earth would look good at steadily increasing body weights. Even Lee Haney would look bad at 300+ pounds.
