a lot of guys here are going to talk shit,but i think he looked great.i also believe its is amazing the strength the man had doing those push-up things with his feet in the air.i know it doesn't matter but there isn't a pro today that has that type of athleticism.

I would see Charles train people at Golds in Venice with no clue to how he used to look.  Charles is such a nice guy, and hard worker I don't think anyone here could comprehend.  That guy would be in Golds Before it opened 3:45, and was one of the last to leave.  He would sleep in his Ford Expidition out front.  This was several years ago when I lived in L.A...

 He trains more than just Pro's.  He was always good about speakin with me and my wife if we had questions.  I wish I would have taken time out and spend a few bucks and trained with him.  But I would watch him train other people, and I learned a huge amount from just that.

growing up in Chicago i saw some bad ass breakdancers but this guy is the best floor breakdancer i've seen. thnks for the link
